Fantastic stay in Athens! The apartment was spotless, fully renovated, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the Acropolis, great restaurants, and lively pubs. The area felt safe and walkable even at night. Claudia was a wonderful host—attentive, kind, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend!

What a view!!! Close to everything and a perfect little spot to get away for a few days.

Our stay was 100% great. We stayed for 5 nights. The place is a hidden gem, off the beaten track, set away from the road. It’s authentic and beautiful, the setting is really idyllic. The apartments are well equipped and have quality double glazing. Although we weren’t bitten, we appreciated the modern insect screens at night as we were able to leave the windows open. They are set behind Kostas’s taverna which serves delicious fresh food much of it coming from the garden behind and the sea in front. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The sandy cove in front of the taverna is via a paved path and a lovely lush garden. Tables extend to the edge of the sea and large old trees and straw umbrellas shade you whilst you eat and chat and watch the boats go by. West facing beautiful sunsets, shallow, sandy, warm, clear sea. 10 minutes by bus (on time, 3 times a day), or taxi 10€ to Aegina Town or the village of Perdika to the south if you want to explore. Short walk to a good supermarket.

Listing as described, clean and quiet. The decoration is typical Greek, beautiful white and blue colors. The view is exceptional of the pool and the sea. Was a short and lovely stay. Close to Agia Marina port, walking distance to shops/ supermarkets/ coffee shops / bars and to the beach. The studio was enormous and cleaned. Thank you for the lovely stay, I will come back.

One of the best properties we have visited! The house was spotless and clean, the host took care of all the little details - hygiene products, laundry, cleaning, leisure, cooking, she even left a lot of food in the fridge and kitchen cabinets. We came with two small kids and it was just perfect. The sea view is spectacular, as far as I'm concerned you can move in this terrace. Just across the road, a minute's walk away there is a descent to a stunning blue and clear beach that you can bathe in. There is an intimate and cozy back porch with mountain views that you can sit in the morning when the sun is strong on the balcony to the sea. So hope to be back here! 10 stars for everything!

It was a great stay for the family of three. Right at the heart of Athens, a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis, with convenient street parking available all around the neighborhood. The communication was very efficient and orderly; these guys know what they are doing. All the facilities were there as described.

My stay at GYA was amazing. The flat is perfectly located just metres away from the major tourist attractions. Though centrally located, it’s still tucked away where you can sleep in peace at night without loud noise. The host is truly a legend. He’s extremely hospitable and helpful. He suggested a number of places to eat and things to do around the area. You must visit Oikonomou Tavern, best traditional Greek food in the area and the best part, it’s away from the touristy area and the tourist price. It’s literally a 4min walk from the flat. I strongly recommend this place and when I get back to Athens, I’ll be booking again.

Amazing place, beautiful view of Flisvos park on one side and Acropolis on the other. Hosts are friendly and willing to help immediately as many times as needed. The beach boulevard is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem!

Great room for ferry transit! Especially if you travel with Seajets. Very comfortable and the staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful!

We really enjoyed to stay in Marina’s home. She was super helpful and kind. The house is just like photos. Big, comfortable & we feel like home. We stayed 7 nights and Marina send us clean sheets&towels. That was also very nice. Our rate is 10/10. I would like to stay again when i come to Athens again! Thanks🩷

everything was lovely, great big apartment ,very clean, comfortable and would love to come back again. The only drawback is that there is no washing machine in the apartment itself,and you need to wash a special room. But we also adapted to that. Everything is great, we had a great stay. Great parking under the building for the city is a big plus.

The place is beautiful, the accommodation is super clean and has all the comforts as if you were at home,the breakfast provided by the host is delicious. He and his family are super friendly and friendly, thank you for the oranges, they are very delicious!!!
