MARZIA'S TERRACE - historic river apartment

A cozy 130m2 house in the center of Pisa, in a historic building from the 1500s! Entering through a small gate, you won't believe your eyes; a secret garden right in the center of the city! From here, through an ancient stone staircase, you reach the terrace with dining table and living area overlooking the river, which will be the heart of your stay. From the terrace there is direct access to the large and bright living room. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can really reach everything!

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The apartment consists of a living room entrance with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a closet, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two beds. All for exclusive use without shared parts.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. Appartamento open space nel cuore del centro storico vicinissimo alla Torre. L'appartamento viene spesso utilizzato anche per lunghe permanenze in quanto è completamente accessoriato e vicino ad Università, Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Ospedale Santa Chiara e Teatro Verdi. Si trova al primo piano e mezzo di un edificio senza ascensore, per raggiungerlo ci sono due rampe di scale abbastanza comode.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Fico

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.

The apartment is one of the TWO modern newly renovated apartments (placed in the same building) with garden, is located in the immediate vicinity of the ancient city walls. The historic center can be reached by foot in just 5 minutes and in the neighborhood you can find everything: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, banks.
