The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna available. Crib available. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village, there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery, etc.

Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, weeks 8 & 9 and Easter week are only rented out for full weeks.
