In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Very good accommodation for two people (more adult people would have been a little crowded). Very nice surroundings and cozy place to be in for cross-country skiing and tour skiing. The host was very helpful and nice. Carry with me very warm memories from Vålådalen. The mountain station next door is an amazing place with good food, great service and friendly staff.

Walking distance to Tegefjäll , took 5- 10 minutes. The whole family enjoyed it so much! Very nice and helpful host.

Very nice little apartment! Nice to get in and it's well cleaned. It felt a bit like coming home to a friend. Homey and well-planned. We didn't really know that animals could live in the apartment, so one of us had an allergic reaction, but that's probably more due to us who booked than that the host failed in communication.

We had the best stay at Sofie's place! It was very cozily furnished, clean and we didn't miss anything. Sofie was super friendly, always available and helped us with our concerns. Our highlights were the fireplace and the hot tub :) We would always book this place again!

House was amazing! The views and atmosphere were perfect for a relaxing stay. Price was reasonable. Maria gave thorough instructions before our stay. Only downside was that you had to bring your own hand towels which we were not aware of. Other towels and sheets we had brought with us as informed.

Great location, close to the slope, ski in and ski out if a little more snow, when we were there in mid April it required walking 30m to the slope. The apartment has a really great, large, open kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. The apartment is relatively spaceous with some closets in the bedrooms and a TV area on the bottom floor with the bedrooms. A sauna that with some will can fit 4 people but 2 comfortably. Parking right outside the house. We could not get bed linen and towels which is a bit of a hassle when you travel as a family and need to bring your own.

Nice hosts who responded quickly to questions! Perfect apartment for a skiers weekend. Lovely location in Björnen ski area, a couple of steps out with the ski boots and then ski-out to the lift! Stone throw from ICA and Björnens ski area. Fresh apartment with a nice view. Smart TV with possibility to connect your own or use Youtube, svtplay etc anyway. There were also speakers (which we didn't use, but looked awesome!).

Family-friendly apartment in Tege

Sandra & Daniel were fantastic hosts! Super responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen had all the amenities you would want. When you travel its great to have things like soap, dishwasher tablets and coffe which was there. Our family had a great time in Tegefjäll which to us as a family was the best place to ski at in the whole of Åre, we had a car to get around to all places which is what I would recommend when you travel with a family to Åre. We would definatley come back to this apartment if we come back to Åre. Thank you again!!
