Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation located in the center of Åre village. OBS! Age limit min 28 years or in the company of parents. Large apartment of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and open floor plan between kitchen/living room. Balcony, sauna, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet are available in apt. Ski storage with shower, toilet and storage on change days. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant. Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking space available for rent (max 1 car). Cleaning can be purchased for (about SEK 1,500) otherwise there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

Perfect for nature experiences, fishing, skiing and snowmobile enthusiasts. Central for fishing in Kvitslestreensarna or trolling in Håckren and Ockesjön. New wood-burning sauna and hot tub on the beach are rented separately. Large kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove. Bed linen and towels are available to rent. Possibility to rent boat and fishing stuff. You go by car to Åre and Bydalen in 45 min.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Good to know, the train rails are close, noise of trains a few times per day. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

This cozy cottage for 8 people is located in the beautiful village of Ottsjö in Åre. The cottage is only about 150 meters from the lake and has a wonderful view of the mountains and lake. There is a large balcony where there is sun all day. In Ottsjö, during the summer, you can fish, hike, swim, etc. In winter, there is fantastic skiing, sled dogs. Ski resorts; Trillevallen about 10 minutes, Åre about 25 minutes. In Ottsjö, there is also an ICA store. Bed linens can be rented, cleaning is not included but can be booked

Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Excl. apartment with the best location between VM- arena and VM:8an, the biggest chairlift in Åre (50m). It opens at 8 o’clock in the morning and provides night skiing three times a week. 800 m walk to the center of Åre with all shops and restaurants.
