Cozy apartment centrally located in Åre

Welcome to our centrally located apartment in Åre of 43 sqm. Here you have fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, two separate bedrooms of which one in the loft with double bed, and one with two separate beds. You are walking distance to the ski slopes, and live at the same time in the middle of the village with proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The train station is right across the street and the house is reached from there in less than 5 minutes. Departure cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included, in line with Swedish standards, see below.

Apartment in villa. Right in the heart of Åre village! Incl. linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Newly produced apartment, approx. 30 sqm, located in an architect-designed villa completed in 2020, in Åre's absolute best location! Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Walking distance to Åre Torg, lifts, train station, ICA etc. Accodommation: The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and two bunk beds in the other. Max 6 people in the apartment. Kitchen with dishwasher. Living room with TV. Other: Parking is available. Sauna is available to book in a shared local in the association. Bed linens are not provided. Cleaning is done by those who rent.

Super nice 2nd floor apartment of about 40 sqm with a great location in Åre village. Nice patio overlooking Lake Åresjön. Only a 10-minute walk to the station and Åre square, 3 minutes to the ski bus, grocery store and liquor store. The apartment has 4 comfortable beds (1 double bed of continental model 160 cm + 1 sofa bed of very high quality 160 cm). The rent includes access to a heated storage room for storing skis and boots. A comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Newly produced apartment of 75 sqm fully equipped with wood stove and sauna. The apartment is located right next to the children's slope and near the chairlift in Tegefjäll. Tegefjäll and Duved's ski system are connected and offer fantastic skiing for the whole family without long queues. The area also offers nice hiking in the mountains. In close proximity to the apartment there is ski rental, ski pass sales, mini life shop and restaurant. Free ski buses run daily between Åre and Tegefjäll.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.
