We are spoilt with local pubs and restaurants in the nearby villages of Balloo and Lisbane, but the cottage is also only 13miles from Belfast City Centre. Seal Bay Cottage - Large garden with Sea view.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
