We were super comfortable. Ideal for two couples, large living room and comfortable beds. somewhat far from the center of Paris, but it is compensated by the proximity of the metro station, which left you in the center of Paris. quiet area, with a restaurant and supermarkets. Our host was very nice. Tresor allowed us to check in early so we could enjoy Paris as soon as possible. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was amazing. Really loved the details like having an espresso machine , Netflix and air freshener this small details matters. I really loved staying in this apartment. Really recommend the apartment for sure!

Thomas was an incredibly proactive and understanding host, incredibly nice, and that can also be said for the wonderful apartment that is really worth its price. All in all - close to metro, extremely clean and the apartment having a clean ‘artsy’ vibe, the kitchen was amazing as well as the bed being incredibly comfortable!

The apartment is truly well located : a casual 4 min walk to the Metro Station (Line 7 – Le Kremlin-Bicêtre), or a 12 min walk to the Metro Station (Line 14 – Hopital Bicêtre). or, a 3 min stroll to Bus Route 47. It’s off the main road and in a quiet locality. Close proximity to provisions stores, restaurants, boulangerie etc. Plenty of options within walking distance. By Paris standards, quite spacious, very clean, comfortable and cosy. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Other amenities such as washing machine, drier, iron and ironing table are all available too. However, it would have been good to have a cupboard to put away clothes, all had to be stacked on the chests of drawers in the bedroom. The most fascinating part of the apartment is that it’s a painter’s house! There are more than 60 paintings that adorn the walls of the house and impart a special charm to it.

Fabien's apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for a weekend in Paris. You can easily get to the city center by bus and RER or metro and escape the hustle and bustle in the evening. The area also feels very safe. Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained and nicely furnished. Everything you could use was available. Check in and check out were flexible and hassle-free. Communication with the hostess was very nice and helpful. Overall a great location and apartment, definitely recommended.

The apartment was very clean and we felt safe coming back to the apartment at night. The apartment is a bit far from most of the tourist attractions in Paris, but public transportation is near. We enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Christian was very helpful hospitable and responsive. Place was very comfortable , everything at our disposal. Don’t like the stairs, however it is what it is. Love the idea of the shades that can block out light, so we slept well. kitchen had all the amenities so we were able to prepare our meals.the privacy and the quiet neighborhood great. Close to the train station, could walk up to 1am inthe morning, felt safe.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
