Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out to the terrace and see the blue of the waters yourself. On the first floor there is a living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor below, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple without or with children who, thanks to the double services and the double sofa bed of the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short ramp of about ten steps. I live within walking distance of Alice's House and am available for any inquiries or information. Fezzano is located in half of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km. and is connected to these two locations by public transport that transit every halfhour or so. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway toll booths are just a short distance away on the A12 motorway, you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. In the village, an autosilo was recently built with about 100 parking spaces for a fee (nightly rate €10.00). At the usual price, a private garage is available adjacent to Alice's House. La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.
