E' una bella casa dell'Ottocento, ristrutturata, immersa nella quiete del Parco Frasassi. Nel giardino ha una piscina 12m x 6m profonda da 1,20m a 2,50m e una jacuzzi, riservate agli ospiti della villa. Con i suoi 10 posti letto è adatta a gruppi di amici, a famiglie numerose o 2 famiglie. La cucina è molto attrezzata, e nella veranda c'è un camino/barbecue ed un forno a legna. Dista 10 minuti dalle Grotte di Frasassi, 6km da Arcevia (An), 8km da Sassoferrato (An).

The accommodation is part of a villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travelers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on-site.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
