Beachfront vacation rentals in Arcadia

We spent our holiday with a magnificent view, with a great peace of mind. We recommend it to those who want a calm and quiet holiday very close to nature and the beach. Tassos was always available, and they thank him.

The apartment is well located and nicely furnished including amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine and fast wifi. We felt very much at home here and the hosts were approachable and had great recommendations. We stayed here during the off-season (in May) and the beach directly opposite of the street was full of driftwood and the beach bar closed. So we ended up going to Voidokilias beach most of the time which is roughly 15-20 minutes away and just incredible.

The place and the cottage were perfect! We had the whole beach almost to ourselves and the sea was marvellous. The cottage, the garden and the terrace are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It's super clean and has everything you need - perfectly equipped. Spiros made us feel so welcome, it was so nice to meet him, such a friendly and warm person! He also gave us lots of tips for excursions, activities and restaurants and also recommended two great fish shops when we asked. We wanted to see a lot more in the area, but we just liked the place so much that we just relaxed a lot and enjoyed living there. Thank you so much, Spiros! We are hoping to see you again!

What a spot of heaven. This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. 25 paces from the crystal clear sea, your own private beach shade, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great Aircon, lovely shady areas in the garden and all a beach stroll away from beach bars and great tavernas. We never normally go back to the same place twice but we already know we'll be back again and again and again. Flawless.

Very comfortable stay. Lots of restaurants in town. Lovely to look out over the water.

We couldn’t possibly say enough good things about our stay at Aria’s place. SPECTACULAR view, private cove to bathe in the sea daily, lounge chairs to soak in the sun all day…what more could you want. Indoor amenities were lovely too. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, dining spaces indoors and out. No notes, pure perfection!

Fantastic Before we talk about the fantastic house and the equally fantastic place we have to talk about the amazing host. Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We really recommend this house,so beautiful, so relaxing, with an amazing view. We will always remember this vacation.

Great location at the edge of the cliff , very polite and very helpful.

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Wonderful! A pool with views over the sea, which you could walk to in a couple of minutes.

A perfect place if you want total relaxation. A fantastic view that you can spend hours on. A slightly steep path to a fantastic pebble beach with the most beautiful water. You are often all alone on the beach. The driveway from the main road and down to the house is very narrow and you have to keep your cool. You have to be aware that the home is located between 2 cities, but it was actually not a problem. Both Stoupa and Kardamyli are very beautiful towns with plenty of restaurants.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

John and his wife are excellent hosts, the place is amazing at any time of day. Negative point: few restaurants open in the area. I plan to keep the address for future vacations. Thank you again. 👌

Looking for a place to relax and unwind? Then look no further: this is the heavenly paradise on earth! With your own private beach in front of the cottage (and left and right larger pieces of beach with shade spot), a large bay with crystal clear water, hardly any other people nearby, in the cottage everything you need like good air conditioning in the bedroom and so on. Elias (or is it Nikos?) is a very sweet host. Upon arrival we received a large bag of tomatoes, cucumber, oranges, fresh olive oil, etc. We have eaten at Nikos' restaurant several times because it was so incredibly delicious. Lots of choice, and everything fresh. Unlike many other restaurants, there is also a lot of choice for vegetarians. Don't hesitate, really go for it! Elias, thank you so much for your hospitality! We look forward to seeing you next time.

The perfect place to stay on my climbing trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. Not only was it a great place to stay but Demi’s aunt cooked us amazing meals and supplied us with delicious baked goods. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great week at Konstantinos' place. The house and garden are super well maintained and very clean - the location great - directly across from the beach and a small harbor. You will find many tavernas within walking distance. Konstantinos was super nice and hospitable he always gave us tips and asked in between if we needed anything and on the last day there was even a little surprise. We really felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A clean, light space with a beautiful, spacious courtyard garden right on the water. A mosquito net over the master bed would’ve made for a more restful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Heaven in Idra. Perfect location of easy and lovely walk to town but away from the crowds. Superb basking and sunsets and from the roomy deck. George is a super responsive host. Swimming in crystal-clear sea just steps away.

Thanos' accommodation is perfect. The location is awesome, the host incredibly helpful and uncomplicated. We had wonderful summer holidays and especially enjoyed the direct beach access and the tavern & delicious bakery, which are right next door. everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped.
