Vacation rentals with a patio in Arapahoe County

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking right in front of the building—so we didn’t need the reserved spot nearby. We stayed a few days and never had trouble finding a place to park. Note: The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. It wasn’t a problem for us, and I actually liked being able to toss trash from the top floor without going up and down. The place was clean and nicely decorated with a fun music theme—posters and sculptures that reflect Melissa’s personality. The smaller bedroom had animal-themed decor that my kids loved. That said, a more neutral style might appeal to a broader range of guests (coming from a fellow landlord). Just a couple of minor things: the standing mirror could be a safety concern for small kids, and the bathroom fan was noisy until I tightened a screw. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come again! 5 Stars. 😊

The apartment was exactly as expected. It was a great location, easy for us to get everywhere we needed with a lot of good food and things to do close by. Everything was sent to us beforehand with easy directions and all the necessary info to make the stay smooth. We definitely would recommend anyone else to stay and future visits we'll be looking to stay again!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

Stayed here for seven nights in total in early June, visiting friends in Littleton. After a 15 hour flight from the UK, driving on unfamiliar roads and in the dark, the 1am check in was seamless, the instructions were clear and the outside light was left on for us. We awoke the next day to a beautifully decorated house, with everything you could need and more. I cannot find fault with anything, the furniture and bed were very comfortable and the garden lovely and peaceful. The house was cooled which was a welcome touch in unfamiliar heat! Ideally situated close to shops and restaurants, everything is in walking distance. would deffinately stay here again, thank you ladies!

Like many others have said, yes there is a train, but if you’re there for fun in Denver, you’ll pretty much pass out in the comfy bed and won’t hear the train for too long. At one point, we had a spotted towhee smack it’s head into the window (fighting it’s reflection), but I think that’s just exclusive to our stay. We thought it was funny. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay.

In a quiet neighborhood that's centrally located for getting around in Denver, walking distance to parks and coffee shops, etc. Bianca & Sean were incredibly responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

Would 100% recommend if you’re staying in Denver. Taylor was very nice and gave helpful suggestions on nearby restaurants. Very hospitable! We loved our stay.

Samuel's home was exactly what we needed for our stay! It was close to all of the things we needed to go to (Downtown Littleton, Arrowhead Golf Club), clean, and comfortable! The hot tub was an added plus, for sure!! Checkin was very easy, and Samuel even let us check in early which was really perfect for us. Thank you for hosting us, Samuel!

This was one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in- the location was great! We took many walks around this beautiful neighborhood- and a very easy drive to downtown Denver. The host had the kitchen and bathroom fully stocked- even included extra toothbrushes, shaving supplies, etc.! Definitely a wonderful find for a trip to Denver!

We highly recommend Ann’s place! It’s in a convenient and central location within Denver and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean, spacious, and very comfortable—more than enough room for two people. Ann was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One small note: there in no laundry with this listing, which I hadn’t realized beforehand—but that was entirely my oversight. Overall this is a wonderful home and we truly enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed our stay immensely. The beds were the most comfortable of any Airbnb we have ever rented (my daughter called them "heavenly"). The food staples (milk, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, etc.) were a thoughtful added amenity. It is a beautiful home! Thank you again for a fantastic overnight stay. ❣️

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place! The home was cute, cozy, and spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals. The location was also ideal: right next to a grocery store, close to great restaurants and less than an hour and a half from the RMNP. As a host, Josh was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Look no further! I highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Denver!

Small, tidy place for small family. Location and neighborhood satisfactory and quiet for our visit. Home was comfortable and stayed cool given very warm temps. Host provided lots of local information we found very helpful. Enjoyable backyard with games. We were very satisfied with our accommodation.

This was an amazing place to stay with my family and dogs! The host is very nice and accommodating and responsive. I would most definitely stay here again for future trips! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment-one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was loaded with supplies-dishes, extra blankets, comforters, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. It was comfortable-both inside and out. A bonus was the outdoor patio looking out onto the peaceful yard and open areas. The apartment has a full size kitchen with full size appliances, comfy furniture and bed, lots of space and storage. We just stayed a weekend, but I could see how someone could comfortably stay for a while. Dennis was a great host, very accessible and responsive. We highly recommend this place, which was convenient to many restaurants, shops, the highway, etc.

This spot is amazing!! Quiet condo complex. Very safe and close to everything! 15 mins from UC Health Hospital- def book this place!!

We had a small problem when we first got there. The code is for the pad on the door... not the key box hanging on the door. Also this location is on the 3rd story with 30 stairs to climb. Other then that? This place was perfect for our needs and we hope to stay here again.

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

Gorgeous place with wonderful hosts — they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
