Ethan was a fantastic host, I enjoyed getting to know him during our month long stay. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, and in a location with access to plenty of shopping and activities. Ethan was easy to communicate with and was flexible in scheduling some routine maintenance at the unit.

Clean place, great location, awesome communication from host thru a last minute change of plans. Would recommend to anyone needing a spot in the area. Thanks Susie!

Highly recommended! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Kristi's property. 5 star experience! Very clean and well-furnished. Great towels and linens. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-provisioned with what appeared to be brand new tableware, utensils, plates and drinkware. The ability to watch several streaming services for free on the TV was a big plus. Kristi was an outstanding host! Will try to stay here again next time we're in the Denver metro for a visit.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Brian’s place was conveniently located near a bunch of great restaurants and was a quick 20-25 min drive to/from the airport! The fenced-in lot provided a lot of privacy so it made traveling solo feel very safe. His home was stocked with anything and everything you could need for a quick or a long getaway. Brian was quick to respond to any questions I had & was understanding to my situation. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

Great value for our week in Englewood. Lofty high ceilings gave a luxurious feel to the place. Fabulous kitchen and dining area. There is a restaurant next door w great coffee breakfast, and lunch. The hospital is nearby making it easy to visit someone who needs a prolonged stay in the hospital. Ample free street parking in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. .

This spot is amazing!! Quiet condo complex. Very safe and close to everything! 15 mins from UC Health Hospital- def book this place!!

This 2BR/2 Bath condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of room and very well stocked. The beds were super comfy and the condition of everything was nearly brand new. If you pack a bunch of toiletries and other girly essentials, the Master bath has a fabulous, built-in floor to ceiling shelving unit that provided tons of space in addition to vanity drawers and a linen closet. Tons of space in bedroom closets as well. The condo was a very short drive to most places we went including great restaurants, outdoor spaces for walks, and shopping. My husband commented multiple times how convenient the location! Will stay again if need a place close to DTC, Greenwood or Centennial. Owner was very nice and checked in to make sure everything was ok which it was!

Plenty of room for a group of 6 of us. Would stay here again!

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay- great communication and flexibility on check in time. Our host communicated with us directly with recommendations in addition to very clear instructions and info from Evolve. It was a chilly (and snowy!) Denver spring weekend and our host let us know we were free to set the heat to our comfort level and we enjoyed using the electric fireplace. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay! 😊

Great place to stay, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Nearby a lot of amenities and close to the freeway. Host was responsive when we had a few comments about some damage to the blinds. Offered to fix right away. Only thing was the slight staining in the tub but that’s pretty normal with wear on showers. Also the dish drying rack was old and worn down looking, wouldn’t have used it personally but there was a dishwasher that worked great. Overall everything else was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.

We enjoyed our time in Kristi's condo. Easy access to major roads, stores, and restaurants. The condo was clean and everything worked well. The beds were very comfortable and the building was quiet for the most part. We really enjoyed having a washer and dryer available!

We had a great time staying at this property. The pictures matched the listing and it felt like we were right at home. The reserved parking spot and check in info the night before was very helpful! There is a Walgreens, Safeway and Kroger nearby for any shopping needs or last minute items. There is very minimal decor, and as a parent that’s alway a huge plus. My kids were able to enjoy this property just as much as us adults. The pool was a huge highlight of our trip, and the park across the street. Overall we had a great time! If we go back, we would stay there again.

Solid studio, centrally located. Denver is a nice city.
