I didn’t expect that the place gonna be so mindful, cozy and beautiful. Everything clean, beautiful view, nice bed, shower, kitchen. Everything is clean and it’s like real village house with amazing view. I’ll come back soon!

It was a 100% match with the photos. The host responds immediately to the guest's request. It was convenient because the bus stop to the city was right in front of the apartment. This is a great place to stay for the price. Parking is allowed in front of the apartment. You can see Mount Ararat from the property.

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.
