Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Arambol Beach

Had a pleasant stay overall! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient—there’s a supermarket right downstairs, which made cooking easy. The kitchen is decently stocked, though a few essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were missing. The space itself is aesthetically done and quite comfortable. The bed placement is nice, but being under the fan would’ve made it cooler—both the fan and AC struggle a bit with cooling the entire room. The TV is massive, but just note that you’ll need to log in with your own Netflix/Prime accounts, as subscriptions aren’t provided. Would’ve appreciated an iron and a hair dryer, but these weren’t available. Despite these small things, I highly recommend this place! The building has a gym and a pool, which were a great bonus. Vishal was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The place was wonderful. From check-in to check-out, we had no issues and the security was willing to help throughout. The house was very clean and provided many things for a comfortable stay such as towels, cooking utensils, etc. The balcony and rooms were spacious and the pricing was just right for such a beautiful place.

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

The villa was as is in the picture. Beautiful and clean. However, there were a few electricity issues, which err proactively resolved by the hosts. Example: no hot water for a shower or the hot tub. Overall, good experience.

Edlyn was very helpful and friendly. stay is located near to vagator beach. it is located on the main road but never felt like that as it was very peacful inside the house. 24hrs Hotwater, kitchen setup,power backup, parking is a plus point. This is the 3rd time iam visiting goa and this is the 1st time i got a stay with 100% satisfaction. Rooms were very clean, spacious and well maintained. It is 100% worth for what you pay. Finally Thanks to edlyn for early checkin. we will visit the stay next time for sure...🙂

A very laid back and relaxed location. There is a small alleyway that will lead you straight to ashvem beach, 3-5 by walk. Melvin is always available and super helpful. Spotless and clean home.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

Located in the heart of Siolim. Anuj’s villa was in the middle of northern Goa’s prime beach locations so we were close to everywhere. Place needed a couple of things done (sink was leaking, clothes dryer stand was needed, swimming pool had some leaves, AC had water leaking over the couch) but Bharat and Snehal were able to take care of them promptly. If you need anything or have any issues, Bharat is always available. The villa is very spacious and had ACs in all the rooms which helped us to cool instantly during the hot winter days (unusual) we stayed over at. Recommend it for others to stay for longer trips!

Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

The place looked just like the photos. Well designed and kept with care. Mr Ram, the caretaker, is welcoming and polite.

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

It was a wonderful and peaceful stay ... Everything was available in this Airbnb... We experienced a Luxury 5 star stay at this place... Clean Rooms, clean Bathrooms.., Fully equipped kitchen everything as described by the host ...The Host Savio and lucy are so friendly... They respond to your query anytime... We were here for my daughters badminton tournament and it was a very positive property & lucky place for us as we won our National tournament... Once again thanks to the host for arranging a comfortable stay for... We will highly recommend this Airbnb property and will yes we would love to come back again...

Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)
