Monthly Rentals in Apotgan

Our stay was Wonderful. Guam is home but coming from stateside it’s nice to know that these accommodations were available for us at a good price. Will definitely consider this option for future visits .

Paca was always quick and friendly, and always communicated in a pleasant way! I stayed with my niece and her husband, and the four of us enjoyed living like a resident of Guam, and it was very comfortable!(I did laundry and sometimes cooked.) There is also a Payless supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.I used a rental car, so it was easy to get to both the Tamon and Hagania districts, and I was very satisfied! The last 15 days at Ocean Villa Unit 205 before leaving Guam made my four years on the island truly special. Indescribably beautiful sunsets, barefoot walks on the beach, and reading under the trees have all made Guam an unforgettable memory. I hope those visiting Guam get to experience these moments as well.

Just like the photos. Everything was clean. Ac works great and enough space for 4 adults.
