Daniel's place was perfect for our quick get-away to paddle the springs. House was clean and easy to find, great rooms and welcome treats were a great touch.

Matt’s place was an amazing place to stay at if you’re looking for somewhere that feels cozy like home. The house was very nice & clean with lots of activities to do. He responded very quickly & was helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here 10/10!

This cozy cottage was so perfect. The clawfoot tub was to die for. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Tara was very responsive. We had no issues the entire stay. It was beautiful.

It made our departure stress-free, allowing us to enjoy our last morning without feeling rushed. Communication with the host was seamless—very responsive and always understanding, which really made a difference in our experience. I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

This was our third stay with Leah, and like the other two times we really enjoyed the apartment! Close to the amusement parks, great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed including products you might’ve forgot or even snacks to enjoy. We truly do find this apartment comfortable and peaceful, we can’t wait to come again soon!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here and both stays were exceptional. The place is clean, with beautiful views of the farm with horses. Quiet, with all amenities needed, and a beautiful pool that we enjoyed... we would happily recommend this place and the next time we are in the area, we would gladly book this place again!

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!
