Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to 4 people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower level, the second upstairs. Both of the bedrooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin.

Accommodation with 2 large bedrooms. Very well equipped. Small village, very quiet but ultimately with entertainment. Right next door, there is the municipal hall with a very nice refreshment bar open in the evening (at least during our stay at the end of May) with draft beer and everything you need to extend an evening! 15 minutes from the Via Ferrata of Saint Pierre de Fenouillet and 45 minutes from Prades via a very beautiful road.

Very enjoyable stay in Sandrine 's adorable and tastefully decorated house, far away from your standard soulless Airbnb places. Superb rooftop terrace on which we enjoyed lunch on a beautiful blue-skyed winter day. Great place from which to go for walks and explore the Roussillon area. The only minus is that there is no bakery in the village but there are a couple as well as a few restaurants just 10mn away. In a nutshell, a beautiful find facing the Canigou mountains 🏔️

Our stay went perfectly, the accommodation is functional, as described and completely in line with our expectations. We were particularly well hosted by Romain's mother and grandmother. Romain, like his grandparents who live next door, was really accommodating in adapting the check-in and checkout times, they also made their shed available to us to accommodate our bikes and bike trailer. The value for the money is extremely attractive! I would definitely recommend staying at Romain's...

We had the BEST time at Le Moulin! what a wonderful stay from start to finish, the house was perfect, both Charlotte and Marylou were so helpful and attentive and we hope to visit again every year to make more special memories :) thank you!

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable in it right away. It is perfectly equipped, with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love tranquility and seclusion in nature.
