Accommodation as expected, peaceful ocean view and quiet location. Very good welcome by Elodie (thank you in particular for the good planter who was waiting for us in the fridge!) who also arranged us for our departure time according to our flight. With our two sons we are delighted with our stay in this accommodation. You can stay there, you will be won over by this peaceful place.

Great accommodation, easy to access and close to most activities! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/blanket! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

Beautiful house, clean and functional. With pool, ideal. Very nice people, A small downside, toilets too high, you can't put your feet down and several times the manager had to come for electrical problems!

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We had a nice stay at Jean's despite the visit of some cockroaches during our first night… Justine who welcomed us was nice and welcoming, she recommended some restaurants nearby. Communication with Jean was smooth and efficient. Private beach access is possible and it's lovely. The apartment is in a good location, 10 min drive to Ste Anne. It is also well-equipped, although the high table and chairs are not super comfortable, as well as the sofa.

Very nice place, we were able to enjoy the pool, the accommodation is close by car to many iconic places, the welcome went very well and the host was always responsive to our requests. I recommend

They dropped us off at our excursion site to facilitate the logistics. Also they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport because we rented the vehicle with them at a good price. We also really appreciated the delicate touches and welcome gifts upon arrival. The setting is beautiful, with a large, very nice swimming pool and access to a private beach. We'll be happy to go back!

Listing was as described. The view was superb with the sea and palm trees. The accommodation is located in a holiday village, the place was quiet and peaceful. Our contacts were responsive and available. We enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

guarded residence, easy access, not far from Saint Anne. Very good pool. Nice little beach. Parking in the residence is a little complicated but you can always find a spot. Excellent host, provided fruit, bread and juice as well as a planter. Comfortable bedding, perfect equipment, even the Canal+ package. The residence is very quiet

Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.

Accommodation as described , magnificent view, we fall asleep with the sound of the waves, ideally located on the village Pierre et vacances. The place has everything you need for the stay, everything is well thought out! The owners are very attentive with their hosts, ask if everything is okay during our stay, very human . We were greeted by Elodie , very nice! We recommend +++ and keep the address for we hope to be able to go back next time ...

Ideal setting and very peaceful. Concierge Hervé was great. From the welcome where he picked us up at the port to our departure, the schedule of which was flexible. Excellent responsiveness and understanding on their part as well as good advice. In short, everything you expect from such a service. We'll be back!

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well placed, idyllic setting, very well-equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her accommodation (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We'd also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay in a very clean and very well exposed accommodation, facing the sea and also quiet. Bruno is very friendly and responsive in case of special request.
