This is a wonderful place to spend the quieter winter months. The house is well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace is great for chilly evenings and makes the house very cozy. The garden was lovely to relax in on warmer days. The surroundings are beautiful, with plenty of walking routes to explore, and the sea is just a short walk away. Claudia was a very nice host and always made sure to help or arrange something if we needed help.

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped as if you were at someone's home - great! The communication with the two was very pleasant. Thank you, we had a very nice time!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-equipped house, conveniently located between Areopoli and Kardamyli, making it an excellent base for exploring both the Messinian and Lakonian sides of Mani without changing accommodation. The view from the terrace is stunning and adds a real sense of tranquillity to the experience. One of the highlights was the shaded playground, which kept our child happily entertained for hours and allowed us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house truly feels like a home, with all the amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. It is evident that someone was living here or is still living here, which gives the space a warm and authentic atmosphere. Stratos was very responsive in our communication, and his family welcomed us kindly, showed us around the house, and offered us some thoughtful treats. Overall, it is a peaceful and practical place to stay, and we would gladly return.

Beautiful place - the view overlooking the sea from so high up is peaceful and gorgeous. Inside it looks like the photos, and comes equipped with everything you need. Georgios is a great host, helpful and friendly, and stocks the apartment with everything to make you feel at home.
