What a great place, to stay at. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Also the home is very pleasant to stay, very clean, lovely views from th living room, over the pond and the fields. Very quiet location for sleeping. The breakfast is very complete with fresly baked breads and croissants. And Cathie was so kind to let us pet her horses and goats. Thank you for a very nice stay, Cathie!

Dear Hosts, We were warmly welcomed. Everything was sufficiently explained/ shown to us and the herb garden at the house was also at our disposal. We were also immediately helped with the bike search, Auke took care of everything and took us to the bike rental by car. The homemade apple juice (very tasty) and the fresh eggs were a lovely gesture. We felt very comfortable with the two of them!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

Thea is a super nice, friendly hostess. The front house, of the monumental farm, where we stayed was spacious, beautifully refurbished, authentic with beautiful views of meadows, the sheep and chickens, the front house offered sufficient privacy. The bed and furniture were fine and also in the garden spacious garden furniture was present. There was plenty of fresh linen. Zuidvelde is rural and offers plenty of opportunities for cycling or hiking. We visited Groningen and Assen, and the prison museum in Veenhuizen. We had a great time at Thea's, and would love to come back if the opportunity arises.

A perfect apartment for a quiet few days exploring the area. Very tastefully furnished and everything is available for a carefree stay. We'd love to come back!

We felt super comfortable in Hil's apartment. It is located in a quiet, beautiful side street, 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is lovingly decorated, the kitchen super functional, the beds comfortable. The garden is the cherry on top! The communication with Hil went perfectly! She was accessible and straightforward at all times. Thank you!! Looking forward to the next stay :-D

Had a fantastic stay at Marjan's in Eenrum. The apartment is fantastic. Roomy, comfortable and equipped with anything you could need. Eenrum is beautiful and the surroundings too. There's so much to discover. Also, Marjan is an excellent host. Checking in on you proactively, responsive and friendly.

There were four of us for a night for a concert & city trip in Groningen. The apartment fully complies with the expectations. It is a cozy 2-room apartment, whose bedroom and living room/second bedroom are connected by a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is in good condition and contains everything that is needed. The bedroom is quiet, you sleep well on the bed. The living room faces the street and allows more noise to be heard from the street. The sofa bed can be used fully functionally. The location is excellent and right on the edge of the center. From there, we were very well connected on foot to all conceivable destinations. Aysegul had valuable tips for us, in which direction there are which beautiful things to see or experience. With a little luck, there are parking spaces in front of the house right on the water. We decided on a small, closed parking lot 5 minutes' walk away. It was an all-round beautiful stay!

Quaint and cosy accommodation which is also in walking distance to everything! Really felt like "home away from home". We will return! Thank you

The stay at Jaap's was great. The place was just as described, clean and tidy. I've been to Jaap's place twice and would go a third time.

We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to reach.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We had a nice time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, a message whether we knew that a number of sleeping places with a somewhat steeper staircase are accessible. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes dry, very nice. Being able to charge the car, also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got some discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the tranquility and space that is there.

Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical sometimes. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

My family and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Janke's place. The house was as described and the village was beautiful. we visited Schiermonnikoog Island which is a little gem! Thank you Janke for the stress free stay.

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

I recently stayed at Angelina’s condominium in Groningen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in front of a bus stop and situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. There’s a nice dining area and a cozy living room, but what I loved most was the charming loft bedroom. Every morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee with breakfast, a peaceful routine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room temperature, which felt a bit chilly for someone like me who’s used to tropical weather. However, it was part of the unique experience and didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Groningen.

Our stay at Christel's was perfect! The house is welcoming, clean, comfortable, spacious. The bed is really comfortable! After a good day of sightseeing, it's very pleasant to return to this quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. You can easily reach the city center by car in less than 10 minutes. Christel is an attentive host. We'll be happy to go back!

Petra’s apartment is absolutely beautiful and we could not have been happier. The location is in a quiet, leafy street a short walk away from the centre of Groningen and there is a small supermarket just round the corner, along with a great bar. Petra is a very efficient and communicative host and provided all the information required for a smooth check-in etc… I should also add the apartment is absolutely spotless with a lovely garden view from the sitting/dining room. We could not have been happier with our choice.
