We were a family of 5 adults. Loved our stay. Three of us loved the location of the riad in a very popular neighborhood, very exotic, while the other two were disturbed by the noise, pollution, smells. The riad is very quiet. We loved Aïcha's cooking, who is a very beautiful person. We loved the Moroccans: very welcoming, very friendly. We've always felt safe.

We had a wonderful time. It's as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared us a delicious breakfast and even got me several Aker Fassi so I don't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely tight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Villa was absolutely stunning. Spacious bedrooms. Seating areas amazing and kitchen wonderful. Host was amazing and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful pool and garden area and plenty of seating. Great for our trip. Would definitely return. Thank you !!!

Simo was always available to find out where the driver of our excursion could drop us off on the first day, since we came directly from the airport. Yassin was waiting for us where our driver left us and accompanied us to the house. Yassin immediately advised us and accompanied us to a restaurant where we could dine cheaply and close by. (In the end it became our daily trusted site hahah). Simo was very kind advising us on how to act in the city, available excursions, souks... our experience has been incredible in this house, we will definitely return because we have many things left to see. There were 5 of us and we were allowed to have a room for each. Yassin was always attentive to what we needed, he became one of the group. And the typical Moroccan breakfast but with flexible hours. (8:30-11) even one day we needed to do it at 7:30 for an excursion, they didn't mind. Popo and the breakfast lady, we are also grateful for the service.

Very nice little Ryad, ideally located in the medina, quiet. Excellent bedding and cool bedroom, perfect air conditioning. Nice terrace. Fatima is always responsive and available. Airport transfer - Riyadh exemplary punctuality. Overall excellent value for money in a typical and lively neighborhood, ideal base for discovering different areas of Marrakech.

I enjoyed staying at Denise’s home very much! It is very spacious and homey. The location was the best part for me, I felt very fond of the neighborhood and met many kind people in the square just in front of the entrance. The terrace is incredible and offers very nice views and breeze at night. Anything basic needs you may have are just a few steps away. Thank you Denise🙌🏻

The villa offered a comfortable stay with well-maintained gardens and pleasant interiors. The staff were accommodating, and the meals provided were enjoyable. The house manager was available to assist with any needs. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were quick to respond and helpful in every way. The house looks exactly like the pictures absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here!

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

An unforgettable stay at Villa Domia! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Soumia, whose kindness and professionalism marked our entire stay. Her royal couscous was absolutely exceptional – a real Moroccan feast prepared with love. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, with daily housekeeping worthy of a luxury hotel. Every detail is designed for comfort and well-being. A big thank you also to Mohammed, our driver, always punctual, available and very courteous. He greatly contributed to making our stay smooth and stress-free. Although the villa is about 40 minutes from downtown Marrakech, the peaceful setting and overall experience are well worth the detour – it's a true haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was perfect from start to finish! Chawki is available, responsive to requests and very kind. In short, a great host! A huge thank you to Amal who was amazing in responding to our requests, available by phone and message and very kind as well. She arranged our entire stay. A big thank you to Salima, Soad and Sofiane who took great care of us during our stay. The meals were amazing! I don't think I've ever eaten so well. Breakfasts were complete and very good, meals are hearty and tasty (special mention for the mechoui). They touched us with the attention they paid by bringing a cake with candles for my husband's birthday. In short, a top team! And then the villa... A real museum with industrial/vintage decor. Everything is thoughtful and we enjoyed visiting it by looking at paintings, decor and trinkets. The garden and pool are beautiful. I'll be back!

This villa exactly matched the pictures, if not better, and is probably one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The rooms are tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. The facilities are 10/10 - super appreciative of the in built speaker system by the pool area, the amazing coffee machine in the kitchen, and the well equipped games & cinema rooms. However, the biggest standout of this villa is the incredible service provided by Assia & Aya - these are 2 of the kindest and caring people I have ever met, with no request too big for them. Communication was easy as Aya spoke great English. Breakfast was super tasty every morning, and was laid out for us better than in a 5 star hotel, including cleaning and refreshing the rooms! We particularly loved the fresh orange juice, traditional Moroccan tea and fresh msemen with honey. Thank you very much for looking after us, we wish we could have stayed longer! Overall - superb value!

I don’t know where to begin because this was the most amazing stay not only because of the building itself, but also the details that Fred has put into this home and all of the touches that he has incorporated to make every guest feel special and connected to the Moroccan way of life. If you are considering this Riad don’t waste your time looking elsewhere you will be so grateful that you chose Fred‘s property.

Julia’s place is a beautiful small Riad locales in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes away from the major touristic sites. The place is quiet and very confortable. We were welcomed by Hanae who is such a nice person, she cooked a delicious breakfast for us every morning that was the perfect way to start the day. I would definitely recommend her place and would love to go back some day

Very good stay in this beautiful villa, very beautiful and colorful interior decoration, pleasant heated pool in this season (end of winter), we had a housekeeper from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. who did the cleaning (dishes, washing machine and ironing), Houda and her husband were very nice and responsive, they also recommended good places to us, thank you again for everything 😊

This riad is simply stunning. Looks exactly like the photos and ideal location only 15 min walk to the main square. Really easy to get taxis from the main road 3 min walk away. However, the real stars are Naima and Abdou who make the experience 10000x better. Naima is a wonderful cook and kept the riad looking spotless. Abdou was also super friendly and as a group of young girls travelling together we felt so safe with him in the Riad. All in all it was a 10/10 experience, definitely worth every penny we paid! Thank you so much to Naima and Abdou for their hospitality.

Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

Great stay at this property. The apartment was clean, well located and true to the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A few small details could be improved, but nothing that really bothered the stay. Egle was welcoming and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

Great spot for the apartment with M Avenue right round the corner, and a 10 minutes taxi into the main square. We loved the roof top which was such a great space, very private and great views. Apartment very clean and well stocked with everything needed.
