We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Marrakech! The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families. The pool was a highlight — perfect for children and beautifully maintained, with a lovely view surrounding it. The property was clean, well-equipped, and offered a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy. We truly appreciated the place and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time. It's as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared us a delicious breakfast and even got me several Aker Fassi so I don't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely tight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Great stay with family. Peaceful and beautiful place in the middle of the medina and close to the beach. Ihlam contributed a lot to making the stay very pleasant: very available, very welcoming, excellent cook... The hotel service is really an excellent formula for spending a real vacation.

Where to start! We had such a magical stay here. The setting around the pool is so beautiful and peaceful, with little birds visiting in the morning. The house was immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. The chef was fantastic! Plenty of delicious food. Finally, the location was perfect: close to the airport and central Marrakech, but far enough away to feel like a total escape. Highly recommend.

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Simo was always available to find out where the driver of our excursion could drop us off on the first day, since we came directly from the airport. Yassin was waiting for us where our driver left us and accompanied us to the house. Yassin immediately advised us and accompanied us to a restaurant where we could dine cheaply and close by. (In the end it became our daily trusted site hahah). Simo was very kind advising us on how to act in the city, available excursions, souks... our experience has been incredible in this house, we will definitely return because we have many things left to see. There were 5 of us and we were allowed to have a room for each. Yassin was always attentive to what we needed, he became one of the group. And the typical Moroccan breakfast but with flexible hours. (8:30-11) even one day we needed to do it at 7:30 for an excursion, they didn't mind. Popo and the breakfast lady, we are also grateful for the service.

This place is incredible and spread across 5 floors - the photos don’t do this stunning property justice! We were in love with the arty, bohemian decor and the rooftop terrace was where we spend most of our evenings! The master bedroom and living room were particular favourites - the large flatscreen TV was esp a hit for our 7 year old son! The complimentary sweet treats and fresh orange juice on arrival was a lovely touch. The Dar had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our only regret not being here longer as we were only staying in Essaouira for 4 nights. Jawad was very helpful guiding us on our day of arrival and checking all was ok during our stay. Helene was also great in recommending local restaurants - Triskala was amazing! Essaouira was simply beautiful and we can’t wait to come back. Would 100% recommend. Thank you very much.

A beautiful Riad, with breathtaking views, full decoration but very tastefully, very quiet. Charlie picked us up from the entrance to the Medina and drove us home. He was very available to help us with our reservations and with great sympathy. We'll be happy to go back! As indicated in the listing, we had fruit, water, very good bread, delicious Moroccan pastries, jam, etc. This place made our stay magical! Thank you Charlie! 😊

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. Everything is perfect, the villa is beautiful and close to everything but at the same time in a very quiet and well-guarded residence. I 100% recommend Mariam. She was there for us throughout the stay and was responsive to our every request. Children have a great time in the pool and especially in the inflatable games!! Thank you and see you soon😊

We booked Dar Eleven for our clients and they had a fabulous stay! Amal cooked a delicious tagine for their first night and she was there to help them find the riad. Jean Pierre is a great host, very responsive and has been very helpful. We will use this riad again.

The villa is really amazing and true to the photos. It is not in the center so if you are looking for a peaceful and private place it is really ideal. You just have to plan taxis or rent a vehicle for your outings! As soon as we had a request or question, Youssef was super responsive and available. We were a group of women and everything went very well. The caretaker and cook were very nice! I REALLY recommend testing the breakfast prepared by the stove because it will be better than at any restaurant! Thanks to her:) The pool is heated so nice in the morning. I would recommend it!

A team takes care of the house and you. They were very helpful. The house was in a safe area and spotless. There are areas in the garden of the house where you can tow your car. The house was very quiet and peaceful compared to the crowd and hustle of the city. The kind you'd want to stay even longer. We swam and sunbathed a lot. It was about 17 minutes by car to the city, but you can choose to stay at home instead of visiting the city. There were fruit trees, and we ate a few of them while we were there :) You can even come to Marrakech to stay in a house equipped with only these Authentic items 😅

We had a great week-long honeymoon stay with our witnesses in this beautiful Riad, warm in the heart of Marrakech. The Riad is absolutely beautiful and faithful to the photo, the hotel is very nice and super responsive to messages. I recommend it to you a thousand percent.

We had an incredible stay at Dar Louma, which we booked for a special occasion. It was so beautiful (just like the photos), spotlessly clean and very relaxing, especially after our action-packed day trips to the desert and hot air balloons! One of the highlights was the food which we were so lucky to have prepared for us by Khamissa who welcomed us warmly and made us feel very at home :) The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. We opted to have dinners on a couple of the nights which again, were fantastic, and a lunch one afternoon, which Khamissa suggested a traditional Moroccan barbeque - which was a crowd favourite! A big thank you to Khamissa for her kindness and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at Dar Louma and we were sad to leave Marrakech!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Oceanica Villa. Located about 45 minutes from Essaouira, it is surrounded by nature, with very few buildings around: a real haven of peace. We felt like we were alone in the world, especially on the huge and deserted beach nearby. Although it's not really possible to swim in it because of the waves, the villa's private pool is superb and more than made up for it! A huge thank you to Amina, whose kindness and benevolence marked our stay. His cooking is a real treat, with a special mention for his fish grills, which were simply exceptional. A big thank you also to Omar, the caretaker, always available and attentive. The accommodation is as beautiful as the pictures, if not more. We recommend this villa without a second thought for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay!

We had an unforgettable stay at Soufiane's! The pool was just perfect, and even the daily activity of removing small insects before each swim became a fun little ritual😄. The view from the house is incredible, the landscape all around is breathtakingly beautiful. Special mention to the animals on the premises, all more welcoming than the others, you quickly get attached to them! Aziz and his wife are really the best of the best: warm, available and always ready to help. The food they prepared for us was delicious, a real treat from start to finish. Their hospitality greatly contributed to making our stay so pleasant. A big thank you again – we're leaving with memories in our heads. We recommend it without a second thought!

We loved this place! As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and feels like you are walking into an apartment straight out of an interior design magazine! The interior design and finishes are so beautiful! Breakfast - Chefs kiss 😘 can order the night before for anytime that suits you in the morning (at an extra cost, fully worth it)! Also had cleaning service which was unexpected but most welcome, refreshed all sheets and gave a good clean! The pool was brilliant, quiet and clean , kids loved the morning swim! It felt as though you had all the amenities of living in a hotel but this was all yours and you had all the privacy to yourself! Rym was a super host and was really caring and constantly checked up on us. Really supportive and this place is a must if you want a quite and peaceful stay away from the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh city.

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream!
