Monthly Rentals in Anières

We were greeted by Serge, who was very attentive to our comfort. Her home, ideally located between Évian and Geneva, is a recently renovated apartment, impeccably clean, perfectly equipped and with high-quality bedding. All in absolute calm. Close to the lake and village, with all amenities and shops easily accessible, it is a perfect location. We would definitely recommend this accommodation without hesitation to anyone looking to have a pleasant stay in this beautiful area around Lake Geneva.

Very nice and newly furnished apartment - everything we needed was available. Very nice balcony overlooking nature, very good for switching off. Geneva and Yvoire are within easy reach of the apartment. Easy and fast communication with Eva. We will be happy to come back :)

This is one of the most delightful places I have ever stayed. It was truly a home away from home. Spending 2 weeks in a hotel for business is draining—this lovely refuge with outdoor spaces was a welcome place to recharge after long days of meetings. It is well connected to public transport. Lisa is a spectacular host—paying attention to the smallest details. The space is well organized with all types of amenities. I cannot wait until I can stay here again.
