Good place, little cousin loved the hot tub. Very clean, well kitted out for me and the dog

Great little cabin, cosy especially with the heater and nice to have the microwave/kettle/toaster to make things a bit easier. The facilities at the campsite were good and there was a nice atmosphere with lots of character. Easy access to coastal walking which is why I was there. Mattresses were comfy and it was nice to have the picnic bench out front. The only downside for me is that the hot water requires coins - Pete made this very clear in advance but I sadly lost my wallet with my 20p in so didn't sample the hot showers. Personally I would prefer to pay £1 extra per day on the booking and not have the hassle of coins. Value for money with 4 occupants would be excellent.

We loved every minute of our stay. Just big enough for 2 adults and our dog. We loved being outside in the private garden, watching the sea with a glass of wine. The dog loved it too, it was very safe and secure. 45mins flat walk, into the town of Barmouth, via the useful instructions left by Hayley. We ate at Dylans (15mins walk, turn right on the main road) and Bay View (6mins walk turn left on the main road) would recommend both, we didn't book and got a table but I would think you'd need to book during high season. Fantastic stay and we will definitely book to come back.

We had an amazing stay at erw Glamping, everything was clean and very cosy. We loved using the fire heatet hot tub. The only point I would note is that I wish on the listing it was noted that only a certain amount of wood would be provided. In the future I would bring my own wood as there wasn’t enough provided to heat up the hot tub for the entirety of our stay and to make use of the fire pit. But all in all, had a lovely time. Helen was an absolute dream of a host! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and at home in the beautiful shepherd's hut. The hut itself was charming and perfectly appointed - we loved every detail, from the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The real highlights of our stay were the thoughtful gestures Helen made for us. She baked a gorgeous cake for my partner's birthday, which was almost too pretty to eat! And the freshly baked bread she left for us was absolutely delicious - it was lovely to wake up to the aroma of freshly baked goods! Helen's kindness, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for and comfortable, and her hospitality was truly exceptional. If you're looking for a unique and memorable experience, look no further! The shepherd's hut is a gem, and hospitality is top-notch. Would 100% stay again!

We had a truly wonderful stay! Cerys is an amazing host — caring, thoughtful, and always ready to help. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights for our family was when our daughter got a farm tour from Cerys's lovely twins — she was absolutely thrilled. The hut itself was cosy, warm, and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The views were beautiful and peaceful, and the homemade food was absolutely delicious — such a treat.

We had a gorgeous time relaxing and recharging at the gorgeous shepherd’s hut. The pictures don’t do justice to how secluded and peaceful the space is - we felt like we were the only people in the world! Sian and her family were an absolute delight, so friendly and welcoming as well as being flexible. They allowed us to stay all day as they had no one in the day we were leaving, and were very flexible with a lasts minute request. Very informative on the local area but also left us to enjoy it. The place is definitely an outdoor vibe and therefore don’t expect complete polished luxury, but you have everything you need it’s very cute and at one with nature. The experience more than makes up for it. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and welcoming stay. Thank you!

Only a flying visit for us but the place was perfect for our needs. Location was great. Accommodation exactly as described and perfectly clean. Good communication from the host. Would love to come again and stay longer.

Brilliant location for new borough beach … had lovely dog friendly meal at Dylan’s. Space great for dogs, fully enclosed.

Apart from the WiFi not working, everything was pristine. The breakfast served in the hotel was amazing. Both Louise and Henry were awesome hosts

Lovely place that is in an excellent location. My little boy loved playing in the grounds outside and seeing the animals. Great communication from David and the flexible check in/out was appreciated. The only point I would say is the hut is located next to a car park for the farm which isn’t mentioned in the listing. Only a couple of cars coming and going but it does take away from that remote aspect and an extra worry with small children. Thanks for a great stay 😊

Carol and her gorgeous hut were amazing, the place was spotless, had everything it said it did and Carol made it easy to find with her instructions. There were lovely things for us on arrival to make us comfortable and stocked. Surroundings were beautiful, hot tub was fabulous. It was all a really good stay! One day the weather was rubbish and another was glorious and the place was perfect for both those days so can’t fault it! Would 100% come again

My second time of staying here every bit as good as the first. Convenient stopover for one night. Late checkout makes for a relaxed morning and breakfast on the patio is always a treat. Nice to see an improved TV this time round with all streaming services available. Will definitely come back whenever I am in town needing a room.

Ian's place is very charming and it was perfect for our stay in Wales. Ian had baked a cake for us, which was extremely sweet of him, and communication with him was truly excellent. We unfortunately had to cut our trip a bit short, but next time we come to this part of Wales, I'd definitely love to come back to Ian's place and hopefully meet him in person!

The hut was an amazing place to stay; cozy, secluded and surrounded by nature. It was incredibly peaceful and made for the most beautiful get-away. It had everything we need and Ned was really helpful. We initially booked for two nights and ended up staying for one more. We are definitely hoping to return!

This is a beautiful spot, I’ve totally fallen in love with the area. The cabin is really cute and comfortable. I love that the cabin is in its own enclosed paddock which is great for the dog and there is a stream across the road so you can clean the dogs off or cool them down. It’s probably worth mentioning that the farmhouse next door is currently being renovated so there are builders at work 8am - 5pm, but they are very polite and respectful and they tried to keep the noise down and did warn me if they were going to be noisy, but I was out most of the day as as they were gone by 5pm it wasn’t a problem. The owners are very responsive and are very nice. It was a great stay.

Incredible stay! Walking distance from Barmouth & public pathways so was able to walk with our little one in the pram. The hut was gorgeous & every detail was thought of (even robes for after a dip in the hot tub). The host was super helpful too bringing us logs for the fire! Would definitely return 🤍
