Typical house, pleasant, spacious and quiet for a family stay on the Île de Ré. Ideal for visiting the island and its surroundings. Close to the beach and the Couarde market. Note that parking for one vehicle is on the street in front of the house, so it can be problematic during busy periods to park more than one vehicle. Effective communication with the host, very responsive when requested.

The house is in a very good location between the beach and the city center. Very functional house, very clean, comfortable. Jean Marie and his concierge were very attentive and responsive. I will be back with pleasure.

François is a fantastic host. He met us in Saint Martin and showed us around his house. He is very responsive. The house is perfectly located on a very quiet street which is 3 minutes walk to the beautiful shopping streets and 5 minutes to the Harbour. The house is very spacious, comfortable and very stylishly presented. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay here next time we are in Saint Martin

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

Very nice accommodation, clean and well-equipped. The host gave us great advice on the local addresses. Private hot tub is a real plus The accommodation is in a great location, between beaches, port, restaurants and city center (5 min walk).

Excellent family weekend in this functional house with very neat decor. We felt right at home, from the youngest to the oldest, and were able to enjoy the pool and the very well-equipped outdoor spaces. Nothing was missing, and Stephy's lovely hospitality is noteworthy. Wonderful house in a fantastic location - amazing to be able to walk into La Flotte right along the seafront. We were a group of friends with kids and it was perfectly set up. Excellent communication from both the host Mathias and the house manager Isabelle. Thank you for a lovely stay!
