Communication from the outset was great. Tim kept us up to date with everything. We received a warm welcome. We had everything we needed and more. It's in a perfect location for concerts at Anfield. We got a bus there easily and walked back. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

If you are a Liverpool FC supporter, James' BnB is THE PLACE to stay. We were visiting Liverpool for the very first time on a long awaited journey. James, his staff and the other guests made the experience more special than we could have imagined. The house and surrounding neighbourhood is steeped in football tradition, the folks are very friendly and welcoming, and you will be surprised by how close the stadium is. Even if you are not a football person, Anfield is absolutely lovely and you will get a window into this incredible community. The area is easily accessible and quiet during the week. But on match day, it comes alive in the best way possible. You are right on Anfield Road and even the players' coach passes in front of the home. The room itself is comfortable and exactly as described. You have a great view and easy access to Stanley Park just behind the home. The breakfast is very hearty and you are treated to past games on LFC TV. When we go back, it will be to James'!

Victoria was the perfect host. We were staying at Victoria’s for one evening as we were going to Anfield for a concert. The location was perfect for our needs. 25 Minute walk to the Stadium and also 10 minutes to a restaurant. I can not praise Victoria highly enough. We may not have stayed long or took advantage of all her great hospitality because of our timings and visiting the Bruce Springsteen Gig. But the room was spotless and it served us perfect. I would highly recommend if you need to stay in Liverpool.

Stylish, comfortable double in a charming house

Szilvia is a very friendly host who wants to do all she can to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Our room was cozy with a very comfortable bed. She showed us how to get to and from Anfield by public transport, and recommended an app which was fantastic. It meant that we were able to use the local buses without having to stand in long queues and the buses got us home in about 20 minutes after a short walk! Her home is immaculate and we cannot fault the attention to detail and her obvious desire to ensure that we had the best possible time. We would highly recommend her place.
