Monthly Rentals in Anchorage

Thanks to Chloe and the homeowner my husband and I got to experience a great 20 days here. Everything was provided, down to even the coffee and cooking oil.

For people interested in experiencing what it is like to live in Alaska - this is the place to head to. Dry cabins off grid are still very common - and they offer a real sense of how well one can live without all of the modern amenities we have come to view as "essential". For a truly peaceful and lovely Alaskan retreat that is just about a 20 minute drive from Anchorage - this is the place to stay. The gardens and surrounding mountains with the nearby Bird Creek provides a wonderful setting. Joan is a wonderful host - especially if you are curious and interested in the various ways people live and thrive in Alaska.

Great place to stay. Quiet and a little out if the way but still in the city. Very nice on the inside as well.

It was a great experience staying at Devon's place. The place was spotlessly clean and gave a homely vibe. Devon did come to visit to ensure we had a smooth check in and also quickly got the items that were running out. Had an amazing time!
