Paul’s place was wonderful. Great location and all within walking distance of old St Augustine. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the bedroom was a little warm but other than that, was exactly what was described. For the money, can’t beat the location and ease of getting around St Augustine. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved Jenifer’s cute little place. It was in a beautiful neighborhood, super close to the beach. Very clean and cozy. Jenifer didn’t forget a thing - there was water in the fridge, lots of extra towels, extra blankets, toiletries, coffees/teas and even snacks which I was thrilled about :) Thanks, Jenifer!

We enjoyed our beach getaway! It was a very comfortable stay. The location was great & the beach and local coffee shop was just a short walk away.

This home was so lovely and cozy! We felt very safe and at home. Walking distance to Anastasia state park which was awesome. Uber was available for everything nearby and it was a 5 minute ride to the historic area. Would definitely visit again!

We had such a great time here! The house is lovely with a fantastic front yard facing the beach. Christina was very accommodating & went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & enjoying our vacation. Hope to come back here again!

Fantastic location (the beach is RIGHT THERE), absolutely charming decor, and extremely helpful hosting (communication, access code, clear instructions printed on site, recommendations for dining, etc.). Highly recommended!

Our family had an awesome time at Kay’s place. She was very attentive to our needs and her home was super clean and refreshing. I loved the outdoor area and the private beach that you could right out to in minutes. We will definitely be back!

The place exceeded my expectations, it was extremely clean and organized, and everything that was advertised was available. The location is great as well. The beach is very nice and not crowded at all. Sheri was great with communication. We had a fantastic time!

The loft was absolutely beautiful! It had everything we needed. It was also within walking distance to the St. Augustine historic district which was amazing! I would definitely recommend this if you’re in the area! I also would most definitely come back and stay at their home!

Went to St Augustine for a long birthday weekend! We had a great time! Downtown was very close and there were lots of stores and places to eat nearby! We would definitely visit there again!!

Fabulous place and location as I needed a place to stay close to the hospital for a school rotation. It was a quiet place to complete assignments in the evenings and on the weekends it was also close to local tourist spots for exploring.

Very cute, clean studio with all of the needed amenities. She was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved LunaSea. The pool and hot tub was the absolute best experience for my kids. The walk to the beach was close and restaurant options nearby were good. Laurel was a great host and even sent us home with a papaya from her backyard.

Sarah’s place was absolutely perfect. So close to everything, yet so quiet!! The space was spotless and as shown in photos. Bed was extremely comfortable! Would absolutely stay at Sarah’s again!

This location is perfect for a small family of 4 (like us 😊). The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was perfect to make a good meal and hang out on the porch. The house is just 5 houses down from the beach entrance. We got in super late due to travel delays and the drive was was full because the upper level of the house was rented too but we just parked on the side of the road in front of the house until morning. The area is beautiful. Nice local restaurants. Definitely would come back for a longer stay.

Loved it! Dima is such a warm and hospitable host. She made me feel right at home. The cottage is wonderful. It is located on a quiet, peaceful property. I really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked it for three months but due to some health issues, I had to cut my visit short. Dima was so kind and worked with me throughout the entire process. Wow! What an incredible find. My husband and I have stayed at many other places and this by far was the best. Patricia’s place had everything we could need and more. She thought of so many of the little things like extra pillows and blankets, a kitchen full of amenities, a frozen pizza and bottled waters, snacks, beach towels and chairs, a booklet and basket full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. There was more but too many to list! It is also a short walk to the beach via a beautiful boardwalk. We will be coming back, hopefully a couple times a year. Highly recommend Pat’s place for a couple wanting a peaceful and serene atmosphere and a beach just minutes away. Pat was an amazing and super friendly host.
