Vacation rentals with beach access in Anastasia Island

We loved staying at Cary’s. The home was close to all the things we wanted to do - easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed bike riding the neighborhood. The pictures of the home were a good representation of what we found when we arrived. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. If our travels bring us back St Augustine we’d be happy to stay again.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was a bit sparse but exactly what we needed to make some meals at home. The pool was great and the grill super useful. Great all around and close enough to everything!

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

The Turtle's Nest is an adorable little place, very homey, clean, well stocked - even with extra supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach just steps out the back door! Rebecca and Rob communicated immediately - they live next door so they are available to help, if anything is needed. They definitely understand how to offer an exceptional rental experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

This is a nice little house—perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed being able to sit on the porch & visit without disturbing the late sleepers in our group. The house is about a 45 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions—-so do-able for most. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean—well stocked! We would stay here again & recommend this house.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

Great location for the beach. Beds extremely comfortable. Liked ping pong table. Wasn't noisy even though on A1A. If bringing pets, might want to bring rugs or small bed for them to lay on instead of bare concrete floor.

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Pure delight in such a lovely setting! Tropical, lush clean landscape, delightful pool so relaxing and just the right size. The lanai patio was screened in , watching TV with coffee in the AM perfect. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of space, workable pretty kitchen, outdoor shower so convenient, the tv has good choices, the grill so nice to cook on, we were amazed at the accuracy of the position of the dishwasher! Lol YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! A short pretty walk to the vast huge beach, so nice to do what you want there, no restrictions, dogs, tents, cigars, food, drinks, you can walk for miles and the shells are fun. Updated condo. Very well appointed. kitchen: had appropriate condiments and spices. cooking utensils were new and not damaged. No flaking Teflon or cheap Walmart pans. Living room: comfy couches. pull out couch was actually comfortable for a kid to sleep on. had games, didn't use them. Bedrooms: comfy beds. pillows were very firm. the extra pillows provided were softer. Bathrooms: came with plenty of towels including beach towels. Had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Patio: spent my mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. plenty of seating. also the unit is on the 3rd floor, so the mosquitos and other biting bugs didn't get up that high. the grill is electric (condo requirements from the looks of the other units) so it is slow to heat up. fyi if you are grilling. Facilities: the workers and facilities are great. pool big. nice lawn for kids that had movies some nights. had tennis/pickleball courts, indoor pool and racquetball. had food trucks at pool daily

Thanks Lori for a great stay! The condo is beautiful and accurately described. We very much appreciated the beach gear and items for kids to use; it saved us from buying items to use for a few days. Also her kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. I highly recommend her condo!

Exceptional unit with incredible views. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so. Barbara was quick to respond and was the perfect host. Two dishwashers - what a bonus! There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and our kids loved their bedroom. The shades kept the rooms so comfortable for sleeping in. Wonderful week with lifelong memories. Thank you, Barbara!

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.
