Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

The Beach apartment is situated in idyllic Waikawa Bay just 10 minutes north of Picton. We literally have the beach on our doorstep... or more accurately at the end of our driveway.

Close to the start/finish of the Queen Charlotte Track and midway along the Link Pathway for walking and cycling. Nearby to kayaking and cycle hire and guide facilities and swimming beaches.
