The flat was just lovely. A wonderfully peaceful space away from the busy streets of Amsterdam. Extremely comfortable environment with the added bonus of being by a canal. Wonderfully equipped flat, with everything we needed available. Peaceful and quiet for good sleep. Close to shops.

I couldn't haven chosen a better place to stay while in Amsterdam 1) Apartment was spotless and In wonderful condition 2) the Apartment is perfect for all occasions, cosy, comfortable, safe, close to everything but not too close, modern and nice to be in !! 3) Bart was amazing, such a brilliant host and nice person, one of the best hosts I've had so far 💪🤙 if you come to Amsterdam I would highly recommend Barts apartment it ticked all the boxes and is good value for money Thanks again Bart I'll definitely be back

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

Coen was friendly and responsive, with a beautiful place that was well-located and easily walkable and accessible. We enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend Coen's place to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

Charming and peaceful canal house with private parking. Beautiful discovery of the region with a nice little port, a beautiful little beach and a beautiful discovery of the places by bike! Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

We had a great stay at Reinoud's apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the tram and metro lines, making it very easy to get all over Amsterdam. Reinoud was a very responsive host, making sure that all was taken care of for us to access the apartment when we arrived and providing a comprehensive email regarding the apartment functions and nearby restaurants before we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying here. We're not big-city people, but wanted to explore Haarlem and Amsterdam, and this was a good base for it. Truly out in the country, surrounded by fields and canals. Very private, lots of space. Only downsides are that it definitely does require a car (not a problem for us), the strange toilet situation (one sink upstairs, one toilet/sink downstairs, and another room downstairs with shower), and the steep stairs to get up to all the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

There is nothing much to say. Their place is amazing. They're extremely helpful, she informed us about everything about the house and the city. The house was tidy, towels and sheets were clean. The cats are the cutest!!

Fantastic and functional house, with a garden with amenities that exceed expectations. Adequate value for money. Rob is a person who is always available and courteous, very friendly at the reception. Extremely quiet residential area and in line with our expectations, especially logistical, with respect to our vacation plan. Adequate proximity services are available. Recommended experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Mateern’s place it worked perfectly for us because it is not in a big city but at the same time you can drive to many places or just stay and relax in the area. They were very nice and helpful with everything. We had a great experience over all

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

Great apartment and excellent location! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed being in a cool neighborhood a little away from the more touristy areas, and being able to see a canal from the apt was wonderful.
