Perfect host and a great place to stay! Recommend!

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

The cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location - really handy for day trips to Amsterdam, The Hague, Haarlem and Utrecht! Thank you Rudd for a lovely stay!

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room give a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you don't want to go on a trip, but just want to stay in the apartment.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described The location was perfect. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved our short vacation in Antionette's guest house. The guest house is very clean and also very well equipped. The hostess was always very quick to reach and always responded immediately to concerns. From our point of view, we can only recommend it👌🏼

Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Laurens place was fantastic. Very comfortable for 4 adult ladies. Loved the outside balcony. It was well equipped with everything we needed and nice fresh linens. One thing that is on the listing but I seemed to miss was the amount of stairs required to get to the unit. It is a 4th floor unit with no lift. The stairs are steep and narrow. Laurens was helpful with assisting our bags up to the unit. My mom is 74 and made it but it was a little difficult for her. Once you get into the unit it is well worth the climb. We were happy to have our watches on to track those flights and log the steps taken! We would all happily stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. Everything was as expected and went smooth from check-in to check-out. The communication was very good as well.

We have enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage is full of comforts and feels very luxurious. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped – we cooked there with great pleasure. The shower and the whole house are also comfortable and spacious. The view of the greenery was really fantastic. You'll relax right away. Every morning and often in the evening, we took a walk through the beautiful forest with special birds and deer. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Always up for a chat and we thought it was very cozy. If we liked something, we spontaneously got to taste something, so sweet and thoughtful! In short: this is absolutely recommended, whether you want to stay a few days or longer. We'd love to come back here again.

The place was really perfect. Very clean, very functional. The bedding is large and very pleasant. Big plus for the mosquito nets that allow you to ventilate the room at night without being afraid of mosquitoes, which are surely numerous given the water points. The surroundings are absolutely charming, and extremely relaxing when you return after a busy day. Central location very convenient for visiting the surrounding cities: take the car to a P+R then transport to the city centers. Note that the accommodations with direct access to the water are 2 and 3 and not 1. We would be happy to come back, surely in one of the houses 2 or 3, even if 1 was exactly what we wanted. Available and pleasant host.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

It was an absolutely stunning place with a beautiful view. There are chickens and dogs and as an animal lover, I had lots of fun. It was a wonderful weekend!

Christina was a brilliant host - always super quick to respond and very helpful. We arrived later than expected and she couldn’t have been kinder about it. The space is beautiful and clean, just a 10 minute walk to the metro. Christina’s place is great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her stay to anyone wanting to explore Amsterdam, 5/5!

Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Charlotte is a courteous and helpful host. If we had any questions, she was always very accessible. Her apartment was great for our short stay and we were able to explore Utrecht comfortably via rental bike. The place was very clean and we also enjoyed the views from the terrace. And even if the spiral staircases were a daily challenge despite the existing handrails, we would definitely ask her again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s in a great location near so many food places and great stores. Everything is pretty walkable which made it nicer for our stay. I would stay here again !

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

All in all a small but fine apartment with a lot of style and very functionally furnished. We had everything we needed to live and a really great time. The location is really hard to beat. Front directly on the beach, back directly on the bike path to the dunes. We will be happy to come back!
