Cozy and spacious family home

This recently renovated, fully equipped, 1930's house is full of character and charm everyone who visits always remarks on how cosy it feels. The house is located in a family friendly neighbourhood, in the north of Amstelveen, close to the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos. There are great transport links to airport (20 mins), Zuid (10 mins) and Amsterdam city centre (20-30min). As it is a family home, in a family neighbourhood, with 2 high-sleepers, we are only able to accept families (max 4 adults)

We only rent our home to guests with 5 stars reviews. Our home it’s a 3 floors house. Three bedrooms in the upper floor with a bathroom with bathtub. Living room and kitchen and toilet ground floor and other bedroom and bathroom shower basement floor with also exit to the outside. Super well equipped kitchen with a nice island. Living room with 12 meters wide with view to the nature. Open garden with view to a lake and also with a basketball hook, which the kids love.

Was one of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. Our family of 5 stayed at Bas and Astrid's home for 3 nights, we felt right at home - everything was perfect and clean. The house is beautiful and of course we enjoyed the company of cat George, he is so friendly and cute. The bus station was very close and made it convenient to get to Amsterdam City central. Thank you so much we hope to be back one day!

Wiko's apartment in Amsterdam Bos was nice and close to Amsterdam Centraal with public transport just around the corner. We were very comfortable there with all of the amenities we needed to cook meals and do our washing. Wiko was very helpful and friendly, we would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Very nice house in a calm neighborhood. Michiel and Diana were very helpful and responsive. Very steep stairway in the house, but that is tradition in Netherlands. But should be considered for people who could struggle with stairways. There is also no room to store away or hang clothes and they all have to be kept in your luggage in each of the rooms. Nevertheless, the house is really nice and enjoyable.

Tim and his family have a lovely, warm home and we had a nice stay. Tim was fantastic to communicate with and everything was very simple. House was clean and tidy and my family loved staying there. Sem the cat was a great bonus, he is very sweet. There are some local restaurants that we visited which were great. It's pretty easy to get into central Amsterdam. The neighborhood is quiet and it's easy to catch Ubers. You can easily get food/groceries delivered if needed but is also walkable to the nearest grocery store. Was a great stay and we highly recommend!
