Offer a room with extra toilet only for the guest and with balcony for one person in a beautiful old building apartment (125 sqm) on the first floor. The apartment is located directly on Luitpold Park. 5-minute walk to Olympiaberg (concerts), BMW Welt. Very good connection (tram/bus/metro) to Messestadt Ost and Allianz Arena. Downtown (about 15 minutes). MVG bicycles and rental scooters are also right outside the door. Infrastructure: bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance.
