Very small room in Schwabing

Small room 10 sqm in an Appartement with 70 sqm (2nd floor). You can use the bathroom and the kitchen - no cooking, you can use the microwave and water cooker. You cannot use the washing machine in the Appartement. There is a washing machine in the cellar!!!!! Tram is right in front of the house. The house is in the backyard and therefore the room is pretty quiet. Check in between 6 pm and 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday it is flexible.

My house is spacious and bright with a very nice garden. The room is about 15 square meters. It is equipped with a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m). There is also a table with 2 chairs, a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is shared with me. It is bright and large with a shower, a bathtub and 2 sinks. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view of the garden. Barbecue and terrace may be used. To the Waldschwaigsee about 400 m, to the bus stop about 200 m. My dog runs freely on the property. Dachau is 2 km away, Munich is about 15 km away.
