Edwards place was WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is amazing and My husband and I loved sitting out and looking over the water. I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back and stay again.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Nicole's place is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the view from the balcony. Beautiful view, and you're only steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend and I hope to be returning. Nicole made sure my stay was perfect and checked in to make sure everything was okay. ☺️

Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

For all that Amelia Island has to offer, this lodging managed to be the absolute star of our family’s trip. Hard to overstate its great qualities: comfortable and luxurious without being stuffy; well-equipped for cooking, entertaining, and decompressing from long days outdoors, spacious, and mere steps from a gorgeous beach. The security and seclusion of the Omni resort was a nice bonus as well. We’ll miss evenings sitting out on the balcony overlooking the water, and the will seriously consider coming back to the island just to stay here again. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This house was a great location and beautiful. We did have some unexpected beach dredging that made the across the street access not available and had to drive to another beach enteqnce. That was the only downside to the weekend and we made the best of it. I would definitely stay again.

Wyman is a great host. I say this because this is the second time we stay those place and it’s always been outstanding thank you!

We were there for work so space was perfect. We traveled during the day and collapsed at night. There were dolphins and wildlife in the intercoastal waterway but you need your own boat to experience the shoreline. No boat rental. For a family expect to have to drive to get what you need as there is nothing in walking distance. For our purpose the site was quiet with great common areas to set up shop. It could be much more fun if they had boat rental as you could really travel to St. Mary’s or other locations for activities, fishing, and sight seeing. St. Mary’s is very nice but not a vacation destination more a family community. If I wanted to be on the intercoastal but somewhat secluded then this would work. End of a culdesac with families on either side the street is very quiet with coastal vegetation serving as a buffer from other homes.

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

A gem. The place was as listed and more. So clean and had everything you would need. Great location and quiet. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were really responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

Really had a nice stay in Jacksonville. The property was ad advertised. Would definitely return.

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

If you want a cute place right by the beach, you won’t be disappointed. Super convenient to downtown, bike trails and walk to Sandbar for cocktails & pizza along the beach. A long balcony makes it easy to sit out and linger while listening to the waves. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen for dinners in. We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican’s Perch.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

Kristi’s place was amazing and exactly what I needed for a beach getaway. It even came complete with beach gear which came in handy. Highly recommend!

Loved the place everything you need is there very comfortable beds big TVs thought that was a balcony to sit on more like a hallway other than that everything was five stars but the inside makes us up for it so it was a wonderful place! Will stay again!
