Beachfront vacation rentals in Amelia Island

This place was perfect for our week vacation! Very short walk to the beach and very short drive to downtown! Everything was super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable 😊 will definitely be coming back to stay here again 🏖️💙

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

Nice renovated apartment very close to the beach. Listing was very accurate and Jackson was very proactive making sure I had everything I needed and offered his cell number for any questions and concerns. I would stay here again.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Clean, comfortable; plenty of options to watch on TV without having to use our own streaming services; quiet neighborhood. Not for anyone who has issues going up and down stairs to the second floor bedrooms and shower. (Not an issue for us, but perhaps a consideration for others.) Daniel was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beachfront property, and I can't recommend it enough! The home itself was clean and well-prepared. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear that the owner puts a lot of thought into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Speaking of the owner, he was absolutely amazing! His communication was prompt and friendly. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Excellent stay. I was in town for my nieces graduation and this location was extremely convenient. Julie was highly responsive throughout my stay, as my schedule continued to fluctuate around family plans. She quickly helped with an unplanned situation, allowing a family member access. As for the studio- The bed is extremely comfortable (A+) , pillows were top notch, and the towels were great quality, and it was quiet at night (these are the things that matter most to me). The distance to the beach was a big plus for my morning walks. The cons: The pool was too far away to be useful so I never made it. I was presented with a long list of housekeeping chores the morning of checkout which was a little off putting as I’m trying to depart for the airport (happy to help - to some extent- given quick turns, but perhaps this could have been provided the night prior as a request and not a to-do list). That’s what the housekeeping fee is for. Julie is a great host. The studio is fantastic!

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

Lovely stay at a clean and well appointed condo. Location just steps away from the beach could not be beat! Condo complex was quiet and people very friendly.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Jenna and Ben’s home. From the beautiful renovation, to the amenities, to its pristine location beach front, we loved our time there so much. They were kind with our questions and quick to respond. The home is perfect for 3 couples, or even a few small families. It’s 3 levels offering lots of privacy. We hope to be back again! 10/10!

The cottage is beautiful.....but the dune isn't great for some one who has a bum knee. Yes you can see the ocean but dune takes away from the view. The pictures does make it seem like you have a full view of the beach and ocean. Maybe higher chairs and table would help on the patio.

We frequent Amelia Island often and have stayed in this building before. The views are stunning and the condo is perfect. Having the actual keys and gate remote was a huge plus. If I had to critique anything, I would say the hot water in the shower and shower pressure could have been better. Other than that we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

Great location. Overlooking the beach. Very comfortable. Enjoyed walking in the lovely neighborhood located across the beach road from the complex. Brandon very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again.

The location is very convenient for shopping and just a couple hundred feet to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. The unit is quite and well equipped, I was happily surprised that it had three different types of coffee makers; a K-cup style, a basket drip style and old-fashion perk style coffee maker.

Randi was abundantly helpful and kind, particularly when our trip was impacted by a major life event. Her place was quiet and beautiful and clean with an amazing sunrise each morning. This condo is so comfortable and well stocked to accommodate a beachgoers needs. It was a pleasure to stay here!
