Nellie was a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable about local restaurants, tours etc. would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was the noise backing onto the Main Street in San Pedro. But we got used to it after a couple days.

Nellie’s staff were so quick to respond to my questions through the app. They picked us up at the airport and brought us right there, showed us around and were available at all times. We had a couple ants in the bathroom and they came right over with spray which got rid of them! We stayed about a week and loved how close it was to all restaurants. Swimming off the pier was fun and we saw wildlife! It’s very quiet at pool and in unit despite being so close to all the action! The grounds are beautiful with all of the foliage. Pool was a nice temp. Security was there all night every night and was also very helpful! If you need something just ask! A+ to all who work for Nellie! We hope to return next year! We recently stayed at La Perla, a small vacation resort, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed in Villa Emerald, which was both beautiful and peaceful—an ideal place to relax and unwind. The space was thoughtfully designed and felt like a private little sanctuary. What truly made our stay exceptional was the guest services manager, Star. She was absolutely amazing—sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and went out of her way to ensure our experience was perfect. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. La Perla is a hidden gem, and thanks to people like Star, we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed with 2 families for spring break, a total of 8 people including 4 kids under 10. The location was unbeatable and it had a beautiful pool right on the water. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Belize. Our trip was Unbeliezeable!

Our stay was perfect! The space was spotless, and we loved having access to the pool and being able to walk the beach straight into downtown for great food and drinks. Nellie was an amazing host, super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Hoping to stay again very soon!

This place was incredible—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nothing but beautiful ocean views and nature. From the moment we arrived, Terri and the team made everything seemless and easy. Our concierge helped plan out fun activities, our travel arrangements to the island, villa prestock, and was always available if we needed anything. The property itself is spotless and so well taken care of—you can tell they really care. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the water and ending the day under the stars on the pier. The villa had everything we needed and more, and it felt like our own little beachfront paradise. We went kayaking, relaxed in hammocks, swam in the ocean, visited partner resorts, secret beach and just fully unplugged. It was the perfect mix of refined comfort and relaxed adventure. I love this place! I’ve been coming since 2021 and I’ve never had an issue. Condo is nice and comfortable. AC always working. Everything is walking distance. I high key recommend this place over all the others.

Truly a gem! Place was precisely the way it appeared in the photos. Host was always responsive and assistive with any of our inquiries and needs. Place was gorgeous and quaintly tucked away in a private gated community not far from town. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Absolutely outstanding! With great reviews and high ratings, the Rainbow Villa lives up to it’s excellent reputation. Communication with Gin and the staff was excellent. The place was clean and more than sufficient for the seven members of my family. If we had any issues Sergy responded quickly to take care of them. We also we’re connected with Karen the concierge who assisted us with any tours or transportation that we needed. The location is excellent, with great restaurants, night clubs and beaches nearby. Not far from town or the local markets. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

Great spot on the northern side of the island. Worth dealing with crossing the split if you want a little peace and quiet. Great communication and property

My wife and our three kids stayed at Indigo for 9 nights. The place was fantastic. Our place had 3 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom and a fourth bathroom accessible for everyone. Having a full kitchen was fantastic and ours was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. we needed to make most breakfasts and a few dinners. Ernest and Angel were extremely helpful with anything we needed from check-in to check-out including coordinating outings for our family with the local businesses. We loved this location because it was north of bustling San Pedro and right on the coast. There's a constant breeze which makes the temps, while warm, totally bearable. You can tell immediately as you get away from the coast the temps rise and the breeze dies down. There are a couple of small grocery stores and fruit/veggie shops within a short golf cart ride away and larger stores as you get closer to San Pedro. Highly recommend!

A great visit to Belize from start to finish. Sherry was great at quickly orienting us and Dino was always nice ferrying us across the back bay. The 4 br 4 BA was perfect for us, tons of room. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Knee deep pool was all we needed to get wet and lounge in to cool off. Nice to have Coconut Cafe, lead by Chris, just 60 yards away for an easy, chill dinner with spectacular setting/views. Quick access to yet away from busy town at night. Would recommend to any and all.

This was a great stay for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well as did the wifi. Loved the dock and pool and palapa hangout oh, and hammock. Out of the busy town area, private, and relaxing to watch sunrises and sunsets.

Location was hard to find. The listing says turn at the sign.. how ever there is no sign. Beware that only Google Maps will take you moderately close. The pictures are a little bit outdated and furniture has since been updated. Cora was very responsive. The property is shared with another house. The house itself was very spacious. The beach was groomed daily but it is shallow. Be careful where you walk and do the stingray shuffle :) If you’ve never been to San Pedro, know that you are far from town and will be driving a lot. Overall, we had a blast hosting our wedding at the villa!

We had a wonderful stay! After a terrible experience at another Airbnb, we booked this one last minute, and they accommodated us within a few hours. The host and staff were friendly, offering great recommendations. The location is about a 40-minute golf cart ride from town, but during the day, Secret Beach is lively and a great place to relax. We spent most of our days there before heading into town at night. Overall, we felt safe and at peace. Would recommend!

Our stay at Carole's place in San Pedro, Belize, was unforgettable! Nestled south of the island, this hidden gem offers tranquility off the beaten path. Carole's prompt responses ensured our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Carole even arranged balloons and a cake for our birthday girl upon request. The spacious, comfortable beds were a delight, and each of us had our own private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom, with its separate entrance and kitchenette, felt like a private retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, water, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The stunning view from the property was breathtaking. We enjoyed using the kayaks, the clean, warm dipping pool, and the private dock where our boat tour picked us up effortlessly. Carole's attention to detail and hospitality made our trip exceptional. We will definitely reserve Carole's place again on our next trip. Don't miss out on this perfect place!

This place was great! It’s close to so many great restaurants and right next to the family scuba diva shop we were going to. We loved using the pool and having dock access for ocean swimming as well. AC was a major plus considering how toasty it was outside. Nellie was super responsive, even coordinating a taxi for us to and from the airport. We also ended up needing to do laundry and she was able to coordinate that for us too. Awesome stay!

Peaceful quiet beautiful place and the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Large comfortable well set up one bedroom apartment in boutique resort complex with large pool. cleaning staff changed sheets and towels every 3 days. Waking distance to supermarkets and many restaurants both along the beach and in the town. Everyone rents golf carts to get around but you can also just rent by the hour for trips to local beaches. Many local companies offer Lots of diving and snorkeling options We stayed for 2 weeks and recommend this property. The staff were very helpful responsive and professional

Nellie's property was beautifully laid out on a small compound of space; I thought that many apartments would need more space but it was planned perfectly. Checking in was easy, and adding an extra day took no effort (though we did have to move to the apartment downstairs, no issue whatsoever). The apartments were cozy enough that we wanted to stay full time! Huge beds, spacious bathroom and even a 2nd floor balcony made it a home away from home. A supermarket was only 2 minute walk away, as well as cafes in either direction. There was a dedicated parking spot for. our golf cart rental, and although we didn't get to use the pool on the compound, we passed by it and can confirm that we should have dipped in at least once! We barely saw our neighbors, adding to the tranquility of the place. The ones we did see looked as happy and fulfilled as my girlfriend and I. I'm confident that on my next trip to San Pedro I'll be contacting Nellie once again, and maybe get an ocean view apt!

In the 13 times I've been to San Pedro, Maury and Shauna's place is at the top of my list of places to stay. The home is in an amazing location, fully equipped with what you need and it truly is a home away from home. Communicating with the hosts and house manager was very easy and responses were immediate. If youre coming to San Pedro consider this house as your place to stay. You won't be disappointed. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
