Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.

Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for three decades. It is an easy drive 2 hours south from Perth. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds.
