Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

It is 5-minute drive from anything you may need from a grocery store, restaurants, fast food places and small local shops. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. No cleaning fees!
