Stay in a picturesque Victorian farm house sitting on three rolling acres in the middle of nowhere, but only a 3 minute drive from the nearest Walmart and other amenities. Mature hardwood trees in the yard and a house built in 1892 with much of its original woodwork intact. Enjoy a night sky mostly unpolluted by urban lights and a comfortable stay in 3 air conditioned bedrooms. There is always a camp fire built and a place for social gathering in the back yard. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. The lighted screened in porch and open deck sit above the west creek near the banks of the Middlefork River -- enjoy nature at its midwestern best. This home is surrounded by oaks, maples, and walnut trees, so the birds are all around, along with other wildlife. There is an easy walk to the Middlefork, designated as a "National Scenic River".

This is a fully furnished picturesque Amish-built cabin in beautiful and secluded Parke County, Indiana.
