Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

We stayed at this spacious Santa Clara home for an SCU graduation, and it was a great gathering spot for our family. The location is ideal—quiet and walkable to the university. The beds were very comfortable, the linens clean, and the home had a warm, welcoming feel. Communication from the host was excellent—we felt supported even though we were too busy to engage. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay.

Great stay here! Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed making coffee and sitting on the deck in the morning. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. We needed extra chairs and an umbrella and Kathryn had those items in the closet that we were able to use. Hope to visit again.

I have stayed in Airbnbs on for at least 300 nights. Most of my hosts have been amazing. Luc is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His house is perfect!

Most Airbnbs will cheap out on their beds. Allison Rental’s had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve laid in. The primary bedroom’s mattress was firm with plenty of pillows and a soft and warm comforter. I’m grateful Allison allowed us to have a couple extra people stop by. The Airbnb was clean and checking in and checking out was very easy. We loved how clearly everything was labeled, it helped us navigate the house. We had a wonderful stay, Allison was very responsive!

I stayed for one night and had a great experience! The location was perfect, easy to find and close to everything I needed. The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained. I also really loved the neighborhood, quiet, charming, and a great spot to explore. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities – a definite highlight. There was a few drops of water dripping in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs after after some heavy rain. Julia was informed and took immediate action to address. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

Very nice little apartment and one of our favorite places! The bed is super comfortable which was important to us. The kitchen is well-stocked, full refrigerator, and had a Keurig with coffee. We liked being away from downtown, but still conveniently located.

The house was awesome, having everything we needed, plus some nice extra touches like pool toys and snacks for a movie night. The only downside was that they had instructions to not turn the ac down past 72 and it was a very hot weekend, the house held onto a lot of heat and the bedrooms were very warm. The pool and spa were great, and we loved hanging out in the outdoor space.

A group of us stayed for a wedding in town, and had a great time at Elia’s lounging by the pool and making breakfast together in the mornings. The hosts were super responsive and even Amazoned us a reusable keurig cup during our stay for us to enjoy our own coffee beans

We had such a nice time at sue’s and laurels place felt so comfortable and we felt like we were at home!! The house is very well stocked and didn’t feel empty like so many other rentals. Highly highly recommend! Our dog absolutely loved the back yard and had so much fun running around. This is such an amazing house for dogs. One thing to note is if you have an escape artist dog (like we do) the back gate is a bit shorter. We had no issues at all it’s just something to keep an eye out for!

Rick and Tonya are the gold standard of Airbnb hosts! From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating without ever being overbearing—a perfect balance that made our 2.5-month stay feel like home. Traveling with two dogs can sometimes feel daunting, but Rick and Tonya were incredibly dog-friendly and went out of their way to make my pups feel just as welcome as I did. Their home had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the kitchen setup made it easy to settle in for an extended stay. Other thoughtful touches included great water pressure in the shower (a must for me!) and a full-size washer and dryer on-site. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into what guests need for a comfortable experience. By the time we left, we didn’t just feel like we had a great place to stay—we felt like we’d made new friends. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be staying with Rick and Tonya. Highly recommend!

Eddie And Sandy went above and beyond the normality of hospitality. As a traveling physical therapist assistant i was looking for a place to stay and really needed a place. They waited up for as I drove from southern California to Northern California, just to make sure I had everything I needed. They were always attentive and always helpful. Definitely a place to stay. The only reason I didn't stay was because it's too far away from my place of work.

Staying at this cabin nestled in the heart of a redwood grove in the Santa Cruz mountains was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just a place to stay — it was a carefully curated experience. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel at home and beyond comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible: high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked pantry with essentials (and then some!), soft, luxurious bedding, and even thoughtfully placed candles that added a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Every touch felt intentional and generous. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and flexible — they went out of their way to ensure every one of our needs was met with care and promptness. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality. Waking up surrounded by towering redwoods, with birdsong filtering through the trees, was unforgettable.

Ricky's place was perfect for what we needed and just a mile away from History Park. The place is spacious with three rooms and all the appliances worked well and were super clean! The host left water bottles in the fridge which really helped during the heat wave. The beds were super comfortable and I was really impressed with the soft towels. We left our thermos in the fridge and they offered to ship it back to us. That really is true hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at their place and will definitely book again when we're in the area! Thanks so much!

This place comes as advertised - clean, comfortable, and not too big or small. It definitely can host a max of no more than 4 so keep that in mind but you’ll be hard pressed to find anything else in the area as nice as this place and still be a good value. I would definitely stay here again with extended family and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a place in East Side San Jose!
