Upstairs there is a large bathroom with shower, and 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which leads to the farmhouse, but the main access is through the ground floor. It has a 100-meter garden for private use where you can eat surrounded by nature.

This modern apartment is located in a typical Basque farmhouse that is over 500 years old. Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River.
