The open spaces are located in a completely renovated apartment building in the old town near the city church and market square. On the ground floor there is a practice for physiotherapy, where various massages and wellness treatments can be booked. The 50 sqm open spaces are located on the attic and consist of kitchen, shower room, living/dining room, hallway and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom have morning sun, the living/dining room has midday sun and the bedroom has evening sun.

The lovingly designed apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in Neustadt. In the attic there is one double bed and on the ground floor the well-known Hemnes guest bed. The apartment has a green garden, two terraces with beach chair and also a surf and bike shed with things you can use. There is no tv in the sea, but there is a beamer, but a projector if you want to watch something on vacation. Welcome to the beach !
