Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Private apartment set in a peaceful location close to the Danube. Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended! :)

The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

Cozy apartment with a great roof terrace! Very clean and everything you need in an apartment is there. Ideal for 2 people. Great central location: the highway and the main train station are easily accessible. A beautiful park is right behind the house! The communication was very nice and the key handover totally straightforward. A self check-in would also have been possible. I definitely recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, great, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is really a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!
