Situated on the first floor of an 11th Century Sarassine tower, where the original round shaped stone walls and wooden beams are combined with modern conveniences, our apartment with its sea view terrace offers a unique and cosy stay for your holidays.

Ce coin de paradis est très ressourçant, les commerces sont a 15 min à pieds ou 5 min en voiture. Après 4 mois de rénovation (isolation phonique et visuelle etc) nous sommes heureux de vous partager ce logement de charme provençal. Au coeur d'un jardin botanique vous aurez le plaisir de vous réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux, puis siroter un apéritif avec le chant des cigales ! La vue exceptionnelle du village de Châteauneuf finira de combler les amoureux de Provence.

BBQ, large lot, bike garage possible, parking on site. Bed 2 people, minimum stay: 3 nights. No parties unless there is special request. Numerous hiking and mountain biking. Italy by train to Cuneo, Torino The coastline is 40 km away (car, train, bus), Ventimiglia, Menton, Nice.

It is a 5-minute walk to Cap D'ail station, 10/15 from the main street (5 by car) where you will find shops, information office and buses. The condominium garden gate opens onto the beautiful 5.5 km long seaside path (sentier du Littoral), which connects Plage Mala (15 min), equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and bars/restaurants, to Monaco (15 min).

Charming 2 rooms on the ground floor with terrace and barbecue. Private access is just above the village square where you can park for free. There is an equipped kitchen, raclette and fondue services for friendly meals. A breakfast area with coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A sitting area to warm up near the pellet stove, books and board games. We will be happy to host you on the day of your arrival.

Located in the middle of Nice in a quiet area. However, there may be a little noise at night . We are in the center of Nice! A few steps from the beaches , Place Massena and Old Nice! You can make the most of your holidays! Late entrances cause no problems! However after 20 a supplement of 20 euros will be paid on site
