My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Esther est une super hôte très réactive, l’appartement est très bien placé proche de la plage et des commerces. La piscine est top, le logement ainsi que la résidence bien entretenu et propre. Gros avantage est la place de parking en sous-sol et le calme du quartier. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely love to come back for another vacation! Muchas gracias!

Le duplex était tout simplement magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos ! Malgré notre vol retardé de presque deux heures, Raul nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et ce, très tard dans la nuit, un grand merci à lui pour sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. La vue depuis l’appartement était incroyable, sans doute la plus belle chose de notre séjour. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore !

Literie confortable, appartement bien équipé. ballade aux abords, petite crique pour la bronzette. accès Peniscola à pied possible, mais il vaut mieux s'y rendre en voiture, accotement dangereux. prevoir de se garer un peu loin des plages, sinon parking onéreux.

Rafa y Maria son muy simpáticos y flexibles, el piso está perfecto, grande, limpio, con todo lo necesario dentro. Esta muy bien localizado justo al lado del mar, y la piscina al mismo piso lo que es muy práctico. Lo recomendó a 100%.

Sitio muy agradable para pasar en familia y disfrutar del mar. No es tan turistica como en otras zonas cercanas pero te permite estar sin tanto agobio y es una buena base para visitar la zona. Muy recomendable.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy agradable. La comunicación con Ruth fue muy fluida, resolviendo nuestras dudas con mucha amabilidad. La chica que nos recibió y nos despidió fue también muy atenta y cordial. La ubicación es fantástica, justo al lado de la playa, y el apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios (grandes y pequeños). Las toallas de baño enormes y muy cómodas, y la plaza de garaje bajo el edificio fue un gran plus. Además, la comodidad de tener una terraza desde donde contemplar el mar hizo que la estancia fuera aún mejor. Como punto a mejorar, mencionaríamos los colchones, que podrían ser más cómodos. En general, una estancia muy recomendable y un trato excelente. ¡Gracias por todo, Ruth!

en todo momento estuvo pendiente, la casa impecable en zona tranquila, repetiriamos sin duda,Valencia muy cerca y Sagunto una belleza,en especial el puerto, todas las comodidades que necesitas estan en esta casa 😊😊

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en casa de Gonzalo. Ha sido fantástico. Mucha tranquilidad, todas las comodidades y decorada con muchos detalles y buen gusto. Y sobre todo ésa terraza fantástica y esas vistas al mar que han sido lo mejor de la casa. Fácil acceso al pueblo, puedes ir paseando y también a las playas cercanas. Ideal para ir con amigxs, en pareja o en familia. Gracias por todo Gonzalo!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay in Oscar’s beautiful apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a very well equipped kitchen. Communication was excellent from booking right through to check out - good suggestions for restaurants too. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Parel in Pucol, wees er snel bij want dit gaat heel snel heel populair zijn. Rust, privacy, mooi, super verblijf en host is perfect. Wel een auto nodig voor de uitstappen in de buurt. Het verblijf is super lokaal en rustig, hou daar rekening mee / niet alle restaurants zijn steeds open maar met de auto op ca 18 minuten in Valencia centrum. De woning super mooi, zicht super, ontwaken en met een paar passen in zee zwemmen= magnifique. Een voltreffer. MAAR , zoals gemeld, zeker een auto nodig.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, sensationeller Ausblick, moderne, sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung. Alles wie beschrieben, teilweise noch besser. Hervorragende Kommunikation. Das einzig Negative ist, dass wir nicht länger Zeit hatten. Wir kommen wieder 🤗

100% recomendable,nos hemos sentido como en casa,la verdad que el apartamento impecable,muy bonito,situado en una zona muy tranquila,en este caso la madre de Manu se puso en contacto con nosotros,super atenta y amable,no cabe duda que volveremos a repetir,estamos muy agradecidos 😊

Buen apartamento con vistas al mar en primera linea de playa. La zona esta alejada del centro de Benicasim pero la playa es muy buena con paseo amplio y carril bici. Orientación norte ideal para evitar calor en verano. el edificio es antiguo pero por dentro está todo en buen estado. Tenía de todo, solo echando en falta tabla de planchar. La cama de matrimonio es de 1,30. La única pega que en frente hay una obra, y no avisaron, aunque al ser un 8 piso la verdad tampoco lo notamos demasiado. Para ir al super y al centro hay que coger el coche aunque tiene al lado una tienda con todo lo imprescindible.

A lovely home, clean, comfy bedding and lounge facilities, freshly decorated and located in a very picturesque spot with lots of restaurants and old town streets to explore. The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the sun or a warm evening. The house is on 4 floors so I got my steps in! We didn’t use our hire car at all during our stay, this place is an ‘on foot’ experience! There is access to 2 large beaches within a few minutes walk with more bars and restaurants to try. The water was very calm and shallow for a long way out making it suitable for children. For some reason however there are very few shops for basic amenities and items like bottles of water need to be carried from the mainland shops up to the house.
