We offer a very cozy cabin with full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in porch, stone fire place in private country setting. We are 3 miles down a gravel road which gives us lots of privacy and very little traffic. There is very little cell service but we have WiFi. We are located just 10 miles outside of Eminence, and the cabin sets atop a valley over looking our pastures.

Extras I look for in an Airbnb.. full body mirror good water pressure (in shower) efficient air conditioner nice washer and dryer This location had all of these! Ladies, we always need a full body mirror. The shower had a rainfall shower head that was high up for the tall folks and had great water pressure. This shower included a large jacuzzi tub as an added perk! The air conditioner worked very well and cooled the entire space quickly. And the thermostat didn't require a YouTube search to figure it out! Normally I don't need a washer and dryer when I'm on vacation but this location is directly across the street from the river so it was nice to be able to wash my messy river clothes. The washer is HUGE and both washer and dryer have sensors which made doing laundry in foreign appliances a breeze!

It was a nice house with enough room for our extended family to be comfortable. It had two big tvs for relaxing in the evening. It also has a bbq grill although we didn't use it, along with a fire pit. Towels/washcloths are provided. I was confused a little on the check-out procedure because the airbnb site stated fewer details than the text msgs from the owner, and we didn't figure that out until we were on the road after leaving(The airbnb email stated to put the used bedding in a pile on the floor, where HER message stated to put it in the laundry basket--we felt bad that we didn't do it correctly because of two differnent things suggested). When we got there, someone had left a styrofoam take-out box with old food covered with ants on the top of the refrigerator, but we threw it away so no biggie. There were also many condiments left from other folks in the fridge which could be a good thing. Very pleasant stay and a great location!

Location was central for local activities yet complete country feel. Very cozy atmosphere. Great decks. Two fenced off areas were outstanding for the dogs to enjoy themselves and burn off some energy. Had slight apprehension about proximity of Dollar General store but you always forget something and having it within a quick walk turned out to be ideal. We had one severe storm, the property has a large covered area big enough for several vehicles. Our truck was well protected!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was adorable and clean and the property was beautiful! This is the most secluded cabin we have stayed in and we are hooked. We did bring our own small tv and dvd player (only because a couple days of rain was forcasted and we didnt know what would get rained out) but we really didnt end up using it. Dustin was very responsive to any questions we had. Parking was great. We were pulling a trailer with our SXS. Theres plenty of room for any length truck and trailer. We will definitely be back to stay here again. It was a great relaxing getaway.

This is nice, roomy cabin with updated bathrooms and vintage charm. The area was super quiet and tucked away in the woods. Sitting out on the deck at night was really special. Close to Eminence and Alley Spring. The host gave clear instructions and it was easy to find and check in. Check out instructions were very reasonable.
