Stay centrally in Skanderborg with 10 minutes walk to the city's many shops and eateries. There is a 5 min walk to the forest and the lake with jetty, canoe rental, mountain bike tracks and hiking trails, as well as a 12 min walk to the station by train to Aarhus (15 min.) Silkeborg and Copenhagen. It is 3 km to the E45. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of entrance hall, living room, room, bathroom and kitchenette. The house has a large south-facing terrace and a lovely garden.

So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Annex with two spacious rooms + bathroom located separately on the property. Both rooms are rented together. One room is equipped with a large and good double bed. In the second room there is a small table, two chairs and a sofa. There is an electric kettle, a small fridge, nescafe, mugs, plates and cutlery available. There are no additional kitchen facilities in the apartment.

The annex has a dining table, a sofa, a double bed and your own screened-off morning sun patio with a table and chairs as well as a small lawn area. We provide coffee, tea, an electric kettle, towels and bed linen. Now also with a fridge:)
